I did exactly what you said, and was able to access the admin page. Now the website seems “broken”. Please, take a look: https://www.manucomdesign.com. Some sections (as the slider on the top) are missing, even with all the plugins installed/updated – including the Bridge Core plugin.

UPDATE: I found out where was the issue: the Qode Instagram Widget. I uninstalled it and now the website is working properly. Is there something wrong about this plugin?

So you were using pretty old version of Bridge theme. Yes, you could try locally first, just follow these steps:

Hi there, there seems a theme-specific bug in the latest update 18.0.4 in conjunction with WooCommerce: On the “order received page” (after confirming an order) with the payment instructions and the summary of the purchased items and the total amount is displayed incorrectly as (literally):
<span class="woocommerce-Price-amount amount">235,00 <span class="woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol">€</span></span>
The html tags should not be visible of course. We have some escaping problem…
In another theme (like twenty-fifteen), the error does not occur. (I cannot post screen shots here.) You could try it here: hangbird.net/shop, but you have to go through the ordering process (just fill in a test order with some obvious dummy values).

All the website i installed your theme timeout 1-4 minutes almost everyday.
I know this because jetpack and uptime robot sends me notification each time the sites are down.
I contacted my host and they said it is your theme that is the issue.
Other site i have with different themes do not have this issue.

Upgrading the theme now breaks the installation entirely, at least for me. And if I don’t upgrade, Visual Composer no longer works.
This is ridiculously frustrating. Having to pay more money to get support on something that is not working properly on the developer end is also ridiculous.
Oh and PS: I used to hand-code websites using HTML so this should NOT be that hard to figure out.

Hi,
After changing the thumbnail size on Woocommerce I have issues with my ‘out of stock’ icon duplicating on the product archive pages.
For example here – http://rfwebdesign.site/dress-up/product-category/aprons-polycotton/page/2/
And here (the item on the top left is not out of stock)
The out of stock item is half way down the page but an additional icon appears on the top left of the page.
I have tried regenerating thumbs, CSS fixes etc. but it still appears. I also had the same issue with the ‘add to cart’ button but I have removed that now on the archive pages.
This problem only occurs on bridge theme. Please assist.

I fixed this by removing <?php do_action( ‘woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item’ ); ?> at the end of the content-product.php template.
Not sure if this code is misplaced but it was causing the error on my site.

I am trying to get help because the update broke our site but when I submitted the ticket over at ticksy it said I needed to buy support. I have a lot of Bridge licenses, so I clicked on one of them, paid for support and I’ve tried to submit a ticket 5 times and it still says I need to buy support. Can someone please help? Thanks for your reply. I went to ticksy and resubmitted and it spun for a moment and then the SUBMIT button turned grey and I couldn’t click on it again. Nothing happened. Now I’m unable to access ticksy at all. It just never loads. I’ve cleared my cache and tried in another browser as well. Can’t open that entire site..
