Hey, I bought this theme last week. Installations was successful (even though I had to try a couple of time) however the theme doesn’t look like the demo. Im missing the front page. Can you please advise how to fix this issue?. The the is activated but is kind of missing the previous template I had with the “Mentor theme”.

Hello, I’m leaving this comment here to tell other users and possible buyers of this theme that, as of this moment, Mentor has no way to verify new users as valid, neither email verification, recaptcha or any form of validation. ReCaptcha v3 only works for Contact Form 7 forms, not for user registration.

This means that any ammount of spam users can create any number of Customer accounts with no way of stopping theme unless you want to limit the booking system considerably.

While this may be a problem with Booking plugin it is important to note that Oceams Theme support is not very good at actually helping in this sense and documentation is broad, not as precise as it needs to be.

I’m almost to the point of asking for my money back. The theme looks nice but if the backend doesn’t work completely then that breaks everything. So, beware.

Hello! The visual composer is not working correctly after the WP update. I have updated the theme to the latest version. I’m trying to look at the demo content pages to see how you built a specific page but cannot see this. The visual composer content appears empty and I can only see shortcodes in the blocks section. Please help!

Hello, I’m confused about LOGIN and REGISTER at the top header. They both go to profile but I’m not able to Register as a new user. I’ve tried this in your demo website and I have the same problem, I cannot register as a user. http://demo.oceanthemes.net/mentor/ Where can the user register?

Also, I’ve been unable to change the URL from “profile” to “perfil”. Is this possible?

Pre-sale questions: 1) You say that it is unlimited colors, but show a small palette of colors. Is it possible to use specific hex or RGB colors? 2) is this a mobile ready theme? 3) the calendar is generated by the Booked plug in, correct? It isn’t something that we have to use in order to do workshops, is it? Thank you for your help.

I have put in a support ticket five days ago, and heard nothing. I can’t use the theme as it won’t download / install the listing and supplied plugins.

Beware when buying this theme as the plugins associated with the demo copy won’t install. I’ve had my hosting company investigate and it’s all good at that end. Put in a support ticket four days ago, and not heard a whisper…

woo-commerce has issues, when i am adding to the basket, nothing is showing but on the icon it says that there is items in my basket?
