Hi, I had support that was due to run out in 5 days. I asked a question about my contact page and within the 5 days I haven’t had a response. Now my support has run out and haven’t had a response still and it looks like the support ticket is being ignored. I’ve now purchased a further 6 months of support and tried to post a further comment on the ticket to ask what is happening. The ticket just gives me this response “Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket”

I’m trying to use the theme, importing every content from “City Listings” but no map works. I reinstalled 5 times Wordpress with your theme and the problem comes up every time. My Google API key is valid but I got some script errors like

Hello, I have problem with menu saving. After making some order changing in menu, Im going to save, and there is the message it is updated, but the menu have still old order and not saved any changes. I tried to ceate new menu and make few items but same probles, I could not save reordered menu structure. (WordPress 5.1.1, Bridge version: 18.0.6) Thanks

Glad to hear this has been sorted out. Thank you for the update. It could be that some of third party plugin you are using is in conflict with ajax script for page transitions. So, maybe you could try to disable page transitions and to activate plugins one by one if you need those plugins that are currently inactive.

There seems to be a bug for the ‘Fixed Advanced’ header on the latest version of the theme. Whenever I choose this option, the widgets for the left/right of the logo doesn’t show. Please fix this soon for the next update.

If you are referring to this part https://www.screencast.com/t/pe6rw7ofwLy2 please, note it is part of some third party plugin you are using “Table of contents” So, we could suggest to try with this part of code: #toc_container.no_bullets ul li ul li:last-child, #toc_container.no_bullets ul li ul li:nth-last-child(2) { display: none; }But for anything else, better idea is to contact author of this plugin.

To clarify, if you scroll to the bottom of that page, just above comments, you’ll see where those two sections physically are. That plugin is just pulling the headings from those sections.

As we could see, you are not using latest version of our theme. So, try first to update our theme and plugins to latest versions. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins, such as Qode plugins Music, etc. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.
