hi, how many domains can I install the jupiter?

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

Artbees API allows you to register your theme only on a single domain (including subdomains and subfolders). If you want to register the theme on multiple domains, you need buy a separate license for each or revoke the API key and register with a new generated API key on your new domain. Thank you.

Image gallery element in Jupiter X lightbox doesn’t cover the header made with Elementor. When lightbox pops, header highlights/stays and covers the image, anyway to fix this?

Hello,

To fix this issue, please add this code in JupiterX > Customize > Additional CSS:
.jupiterx-header-fixed .jupiterx-header { z-index: 500 !important; }
Thank you.

That did it thanks, I didn’t need the .jupiter-header-fixed but just the header selector did it, thanks very much!

You’re welcome :)

Great Theme Do you have any demo Like this http://bit.ly/2Cf990L

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

You can check these templates that may be familiar:
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/isonoe
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/megaclite
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/helike
Thank you.

I see that I am not the only one who complains, and what bothers me the most is the support, the other templates are concerned about solving the problem, even if they connect and solve themselves.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

Please take our apologies if you got bad support from our team. Hope next time it will be much better. We’d appreciate if you create a ticket https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/tickets/ and describe your issues, also provide WP Dashboard, FTP credentials so our supporters can help you as much as possible. Thank you.

I have never had so many problems with a theme as I have had with Jupiter. The built in caching tools constantly break my site and don’t clear themselves regularly so i literally have to check my site every day to make sure it is still showing up correctly. I have everything turned OFF and STILL issues with the mk resources not loading correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

Are you using Jupiter 6 or JupiterX theme? Could you please clarify what problems with cache you’re experiencing? If it’s Jupiter 6 theme, try to remove “mk_assets” folder via FTP in wp-content/uploads directory (it will be re-created automatically) and check the site. If you need any further assistance, please create a ticket so we can investigate the issue. Thank you.

Looks like we are on Jupiter 6. Do I have to do this only once (i.e.to fix the known issue), or will I have to do this every time i see it mess up (which right now is 1-2 times per week)?

Hello,

You should do it only once. Also check if correct permissions are set for the “uploads” folder and the files inside. 644 should be set for files and 755 for folders. Thank you.

I have recently applied SSL for our website which using Jupiter theme. But the Google font (Open Sans) is not working. Please help how to fix up this issue.

Hope this should be simple fix. Other than this Google Font issue site is ok for secure access.

Kindly help with steps to solve this Google Font issue in SSL enabled site

Hello,

Please install this plugin https://uk.wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/ . It should fix the issue. If you still have any problem, please create a ticket so we can check your settings. Thank you.

I have worked with many templates, starting with avada, continuing with porto, betheme, the 7 among others.

And I never had problems of slowness until I bought Jupiterx, it’s incredible, I look for options I see recommendations and I can not solve the problem.

It can not be that a web as simple as this www.fumigadoracancun.com/web is so slow.

they ask me to follow recommendations and what should I do and I insist that I should make these changes if it is assumed that the theme should be optimized like the rest of the templates.

Can someone help me determine why Google determines that my website has a score of 2 and it takes 25 seconds to load?

in the forums they make reference and recommendations and I insist that the slowness?

I’m sorry that you had such bad experience with the theme, but currently JupiterX has the highest google page speed in the top sellers chart. Mobile 50%-65% (this can change based on traffic hits), Desktop 99%-100%
You can check the results from other top sellers:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdemo.theme-fusion.com%2F
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftheme.co%2Fx%2F

Google expects us to serve a different amount/type of content for mobile users. instead in our live demo, we are serving the same content which has tones images and videos. The images are not optimized for mobile screen, so the low score has nothing to do with the quality of the theme but the page we are serving for mobile users.

We have achieved these numbers with a $40 Digital ocean server (we have over 1m pageviews per month) + Wp Rocket plugin. Nothing extra ordinary.
Mobile 62: https://monosnap.com/file/k0MaINnka8ha5mfvPzy7OU7aXnnNBR
Desktop 99 : https://monosnap.com/file/c9QRqLo2T1cw9XNzA2p5QZYcFSCbtP

80% of good site performance is related to installing a good caching plugin, setting up a good server, using CDN, optimizing images, building not lengthly pages. Note that scores also depend on the length of the page and number of images, and amount of html content. Thank you.

I have a web in html on that same server and it is fast, I even have a web with another template and it works perfect with a slowness of 7 seconds. without following so many recommendations of a plugin.

The reason for my annoyance is that I never had problems with template speeds until I bought jupiterx.

It may be my fault for some bad practice, but with the other templates this did not happen.

thanks I’m hiring a programmer to solve what your template and technical support did not solve.

something I assure you jupiterx I do not buy it again

I’m really sorry to hear that, but as you saw in GTMetrix result, your site should be optimized. I recommend you to follow the suggestions from the previous reply to make the site loading speed faster. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, Ty four your amazing theme !

One question. I want to create a menu like this https://www.staderennais.com. I use margin top and bottom for the logo position. It’s the best way ?

Ty and sorry for my bad english

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

The logo should be set to absolute position. If you provide your site URL, we can give you the css code. Thank you.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

This is just a demo page to show what header templates are available in the theme. You can select header template from the Elementor library when creating a custom header template https://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor . Thank you.

Hello,

Have you seen my updates on the ticket? Just checking to make sure because I’m getting out of time.

Thank you

Just ordered this. I am very excited but confused. Sorry for asking. Do i install Jupiter or Jupiter X theme? Or both? What’s best for me and why one over another? Please help.

Do i get this correctly. Jupiter X is way to go when it comes to future development?

Any article?

Kind regards

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

Jupiter is an old theme where WPBakery Page Builder is included as the main page builder, but JupiterX is a big upgrade of Jupiter where a lot of changes were made, especially replaced the page builder and now Elementor is used there. Read here what is the difference between Jupiter and JupiterX: https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/changes-made-to-jupiter-x

If you create a new site, we recommend to use our new version – JupiterX. Jupiter is included in the same package as old clients may still want to use it and we’ll provide updates for both versions. Thank you.

I am trying to create a header with the logo in the centre and a menu on either side. In elementor, I am trying to create a nav menu and set to horizontal but it is still vertical top to bottom. Nothing I am doing is fixing this.

Hi, WP Bakery that comes with Jupiter theme doesn’t seem to work with Wordpress 5.1.1? All the codes are shown in the default wordpress editor. Could you please help?

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

This is related to default WordPress Gutenberg editor. Please install Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ and check WPBakery editor after that. Thank you.

What kind of Bull* is your Elementor page builder??? Every second day is there an update and each and every time, the update completly f* up the design!!! I am furious! Want my money back now!

In this case you need request refund from Envato: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thank you.

I have already!

Hello,

I asked our manager to issue your refund request. It will be done as soon as possible. Thank you.

hello,

currently developing on https://project3.marcjamesstudios.co.uk/home-2-4-2-2-2-2-3-2/

2 questions to do with the header.

1) Is there away to keep the header toolbar when you scroll down the page. At the moment it disappears. We want it to behave like on https://www.punkt.ch/en/

2) Also we are going with a boxed layout for our content. At the moment when you visit the site you can see that the book now button in the top menu goes past the box content below. Can we make it so that it fits inline. Essentially moving the menu items to the left slightly? Also like on https://www.punkt.ch/en/

Thanks for your help!

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

1. As I see the header toolbar is also scrolled on your site now https://take.ms/MFIE1 . Have you fixed it?

2. Please add this code in Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS:

.header-style-1.header-align-left .mk-header-nav-container { margin-right: 19px !important; }

Thank you.

Thank you!!

1. I added some CSS they other day for the fixed header toolbar but when I’m logged in wp it was still disappearing! I didn’t realise it was working fine when not logged in! So that’s great

2. This worked perfect! thank you so much!

Danny

You’re welcome :) Glad to hear it was fixed.

I´m working in my localhost (XAMPP) on a wordpress installation, i have registered Jupiter theme but WPBakery Page Builder Settings asks me to activate page builder… when I click on activate sends me to https://support.wpbakery.com/ and appears “No licenses found”... how can I activate WPBakery? After I migrate site to server, all this registrations and activations still work?

97e3dcd4-6d4e-4fcb-854a-c4c86701d90f

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

You don’t need activate WPBakery as it’s bundled in the theme and the updates will be provided along with the new theme version. But if you want to use premium features of the plugin, then you have to buy the license separately. This is the rule for all premium themes on ThemeForest when they bundle the premium plugins.
As for the theme registration, when you move to a server and use a domain name, you need register the theme with that domain. So you’ll have to revoke API key https://help.artbees.net/maintenance/revoking-api-key and generate a new API key for a new domain and register the theme again. Thank you.

Ok, I understand, but, for example, I add Text Block on WPBakery in any page, save or update the page and content is gone!! It doesn´t work…. what can I do?

It may be related to default WordPress Gutenberg editor. Please install Classic Editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ and check the WPBakery editor after that. Thank you.

hi, do you guys have a crwdfunding template or intend to build 1 in th enear future? thanks, darryn

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

You can check these templates and customize them to your needs after installation:
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/eileithyia/
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/euanthe/
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/tempestas
Thank you.

Thank you. I will check them out now.

You’re welcome :)

Can you create a miniature gallery like this one?

https://www.garofoli.com/en/archivio-porte/gar-12-15v-en/

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

Unfortunately by default there is no such gallery in JupiterX and Elementor. You can achieve such effect with Woocommerce creating a variable product and using the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/ . Thank you.

Hi and thanks for reaching out to us :)

By default there is no such element in Elementor, but you can achieve such result adding background image to columns and use DropBar element to add hotspots https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/jetelements/adding-tooltip-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor . Thank you.

Great thanks! I love Jupiter Theme! Would be great if you guys could add this as part of your upgrades in the future. =)

Thank you. Will report your suggestion to the developers.
