Just downloaded and installed the new update…now the navigation is broken (links aren’t working), the portfolio lists are broken, pages take forever to load (when I open them from the backend as links won’t work in the frontend any longer), there’s some spacing blow the header…And the portfolio doesn’t load either. Is it something to do with ajax? I added a list of URLs that don’t load with ajax…but still the website is broken. This is a customer’s live webiste!!

Also, make sure to update your theme once again, we included some additional fixes in version 5.0.1 – https://bit.ly/2JEYqUl

The core plugin was installed and all the plugins are 100% updated. And everything is activated and updated to the latest version.
I just updated to 5.0.1 and the navigation works. But the menu is in wrong order. Order doesn’t stay the same after saving. The portfolio list still doesn’t load.

I updated to 5.0.2. The portfolio list is still missing. I even recreated it through WPB and updated…it’s still missing. The customer’s website is down now for most of the day!!

I updated to Theme 5.0.3 and Core to 1.0.2. The page transition animation and the loading animation are missin still. What did I benefit from this botched updated? I lost all my translations, the website became slower and I lost so much time trying to fix what was already working. This is very amateurish. I bought this theme for 5 customers! 1-Updated to Stockholm theme version 5.0.4 and Stockholm Core plugin to version 1.0.3. Loading animation still missing. Contact form showing server error…even though the email address works fine with other web clients. 2-After the update also translations have to be done again. The “In” in portfolio list is nowhere to be seen in mo. and po. files. How can I remove it? It was just fine before the update. 3-I don’t know what other issues will show up still…this is the list of things that went broken so far after your update which you tested live on your customers: -Contact form -Translations -Speed -Fade transition -Loading animation -Menu -Settings not saving -Portfolio list missing… This is really professional!

Page transitions are working just fine on all pages that are not related to WooCommerce. That means the pages that have a product shortcode inserted, or have products inside the sidebar, or are Cart, Checkout and My Account, won’t be able to deliver transition effect, because our transition effect is in conflict with WooCommerce’s AJAX call. Any other page or post will work just fine and here’s a video to demonstrate – https://bit.ly/2Osa57Q
Regarding translations, this can’t be affected in any way by the update, since these are generated from a 3rd party plugin. Our theme delivers POT file that contains all registered labels and that’s all when it comes to our theme. We really didn’t have reported issues of this kind, since the latest update, so you should probably check out page or browser caching.

Animation is working just fine, we sent you a video from our local installation, where you can clearly see the latest theme and core version, as well as the example where this is working. Please empty browser cache and plugin cache and try again. As for the contact form, you should enable default theme and see if it shows any errors. This is most likely the problem inside the Form itself.

Hi. Updated to theme 5.0.6 and core to 1.0.4. The contact form disappears after successfully sending the email. Before the update to 5.0.0, a new empty contact form showed up after sending. I want the same behaviour as before the update. i.e. A new empty contact form after sending.

We have everything already installed before… Since the update, the Gmetrix measurement cannot give a result because the loading time is more than 2 minutes. Note: FIRST since this morning’s update! Before the update the site worked fine.

I have an odd issue with my site vs my dev site both using Stockholm. The Select Options area in the Dashboard works fine on the live site, but on my dev site I’m unable to make any selections in the Select Options area. It just defaults to the General Options regardless of what item in the menu I select.
Like, if I select Logo or Header, the options area does not change from the General options, The menu item does not become selected and I am not able to access any of those options.

Thank you for the swift response, unfortunately our dev site isn’t accessible off our campus network. I did track the issue down to the following error in our error log fsockopen(): unable to connect to :80, which I tracked down to stockholm/framework/lib/qode.functions.php on line 71, starting with $fh = fsockopen($url0, 80);
I believe it has something to do with the way the dev sites hosts is set up. I’ll just have to live with it or patch it myself.

Hi I’m trying to fix an issue with a clients website that is using the version 1.9 of this theme. The issue is that the Visual Composer’s editor doesn’t now load/work. I’m guessing the theme is very outdated and need to update it.
My question is, is there a risk of breaking the site if I update the theme from 1.9 to 4.7?

Hi. I made a page out of full screen section template and put an armor in it and put it in the menu. When the menu is pressed, It does not move smoothly to the paragraph of anchor . Hello. I cannot get the Portfolio filter active color to work. Theme settings has an option for hover/active color, but ONLY hover works. Active shows as the same color as normal state. So you can never tell which filer is active. I’ve tried all the custom CSS I can think of. How can I correct this?
