You cannot save a post as template expecting to save also Page Options, no one tell that this will work, this is not how WordPress works. if you need to create pages with same layouts you need to use the Theme Options. Moreover it’s also not possible that you crate posts with Slides Scroll since as highlighted in the docs you need to use a blank page (so no comments, sidebars, etc etc). Hi airmedcanada! This is pretty odd but a theme doesn’t broke itself, it seems that you are experience some server issue. The Page Builder is inside the theme otherwise here you should see literally thousand of similar message (basically all user should not be able to create without Page Builder). Can you please upload a screenshot of the exact error you have when you have “Plugin installation failed.”?

Thanks for the reply. Based on that, I contacted our host and eventually we decided it might be an issue of an older version of the PHP running. So we did an update of the PHP, which brought down the website completely. So I then restored a previous version from backup. Everything is working fine now—with the higher version of the PHP. Thanks again.

From new version Uncode uses a more secure (and native method of WordPress) to load images but if you have lot of plugins or your server is slow you can experience a bit longer loading time (I see that you have both extra plugins, your server is not so performant and the site it’s not optimised). Otherwise the speed is like our demo or other showcased websites that use the ASYNC and last version of Unocde (ex: https://www.tomrobak.com/). To better explain to load ASYNC images just use a native file of WordPress ( https://www.michaelhodgkins.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php ) for some reasons or multiple reasons this file need lot of time to load images in your installation we cannot understand from the front: https://undsgn.d.pr/v8dWaC

turns out at some point all xxxx-uai-*.jpg thumbnails were purged. It’s being generated very slowly when each page is loaded for the first time. Is there any way to generate all adaptive images in a batch process? I have over 4800+ images among 200 some pages. Don’t really want to go through each of them one by one. Thanks!

As for documentation the Adaptive Images are generated when they need, if you upload a new image the adaptive version is generated the first time you access a page, since I think everyone check a webpage before publish this is generated the first time you see it (nothing related to the update of WordPress since it’s working like from version 1 of Uncode).

Hi, for what I see something is wrong your configuration, as you can see the URL has an “undefined” while this file was located in “wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/uncode-ajax.php”. So you need investigate with your server.
