Hi! For how long are you going to make updates for Jupiter V6.1.6 ? I don’t like the Elementor builder plugin and I don’t want to use it. Are you going to force all of the Jupiter (with WPBakery) to update to Jupiter X with Elementor eventually in some short time? Or can I use the v6.1.6 for at least 3-4 years more?

I have run into a little bit of a problem, one of my Jupiter sites needs to update the WP Bakery plugin so that larger images won’t crash the site when uploaded. Since it was purchased through the theme we can’t seem to find a registration number so we can download the latest plugin version. Is that something you can provide?

You don’t need a registration number for WPBakery as it’s bundled in the theme and the updates for bundled plugins are provided along with a new theme version. Soon it will be released and after theme update, you’ll be able to update the plugin via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins. Thank you.

Hi, We are using jupiter 6.1.6 After updating woocommerce to the last version (3.5.8) we have a problmem with a woocommerce template. Woocommerce says dat is out of date.
“jupiter/framework/admin/customizer/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart.php versione 3.4.0 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.5.0”

That message won’t affect your site work at all. We edited some Woocommerce templates in the theme and version number may differ in the files. So it requires only to change the version number in the theme Woocommerce templates. You shouldn’t worry about it and forget about this notice. Your site will work without any problems. Hi. I’ve purchased the Jupiter X theme, and downloaded it. When uploading to my word-press account, it says ‘The link you followed has expired’ – but I’ve only just purchased it.
I’ve done this process before with my other accounts, and it was an easy process and worked straight away. But unfortunately this isn’t.
Can you please let me know how I can upload this theme without getting that message?

You’re getting this error, because “upload_max_filesize” value is too low on your server. Ask your hosting provider support to increase it to 16M or upload the theme via FTP client as described here https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/installing-the-theme/installing-jupiter-x . Thank you.

Are you trying to edit Shop page that is set as the products page in Woocommerce > Settings? Please note that Woocommerce archive pages can’t be edited in Elementor. You have to create a custom page and use Products element in Elementor to show the products. Thank you.

Hello team I downloaded updated theme and thanks for updates. I am facing some issue. I do demo websites for my clients with your theme and if they like, then they buy your theme and I make their website live. Before was not necessary to put key but now, it require key to use. But I can’t use my own key in demo websites. Hope you got me what I am trying to say. Is there any solution that I don’t stuck with the key? Please let me know solution. Your theme is great and I love to do websites with JupiterX. But can’t buy all the time before client confirm because sometime they don’t confirm project and so on. And sometime we have 2-3 projects in line.. Please find solution. Please. If there is extra charges to have this feature, I would like to pay also because making website with JupiterX, is very easy and stylish. Thank you

Then generate a new key and register a new site with it. Once the site is ready, you can revoke API key again to be able to register other site. Thank you.
Hello How many revoke API I can generate with one key? As I said, there are 2-3 projects in line at same time. OR, is there any solution if I buy it with another licence key so that I can use it in my all projects same time and can use same key for all projects? Like some licence are unlimited website. Because sometime client take 2-3 months to final the website. I do all website live on my subdomain, not on localhost There is free download option also in your website. Only one license can be used for one site. You can’t register several domains with one API key unless you’re using subdomains, so in this case you can generate API key for the main domain name and then use this key to register your subdomains. Otherwise if the domains are different, you have to buy a new license for each or use “revoke” option to unregister one site and register another. Thank you.
Hello Thanks for your reply Here is another problem for me in it. 1st, I am using this theme for my company website. 2nd, I have another domain, where I create subdomain for client’s demo website. Once project finilize, then I make backup and restore on their hosting with it and put the key they which they get after buy your theme. If they don’t give key to put then i don’t put website live for them.
But here how I can use the key for my company domain and subdomains for another domain.
Getting lots of confusion since this key is required.
Please let me know if in next update I can work like before one. OR I try to find another theme which gives me same satisfaction as JupiterX

If you want to use API key for your company site and register the subdomains, in this case you have to buy a new a license and generate API key for the main domain where your subdomains are added. Then you’ll be able to register all subdomains that are under that main domain with one API key. Thank you for understanding.

It’s ok.. I am trying find another theme for me and my upcoming next clients where it won’t popup or stuck with key. Before was ok, Even I didn’t put key but still was able to use everything after importing plugins manually and was designing all things by myself. Time to say good buy to Jupiter theme. API key gives you possibility to install bundled plugins and import demo templates to your sites, but if you’re going to create pages yourself, you don’t have to register the theme. Also in Jupiter 6, bundled plugins can be installed via Appearance > Install Plugins without API key. Thank you.

Yep, Jupiter 6 also is great. I used it in some of my projects.
But since you have jupiterX, I found this million times better than any another theme, even Jupiter 6. This is the main reason :’( But without key, I am not able to use jupiter pro and Reven in updated version of theme. And it appear in customize and wp-admin area also which is bit odd for me when I explain client about their projects. Mean, can’t do their website with full functions.
Hello team Sorry for disturb you again. I got a theme https://wpastra.com/pricing/ They give something like unlimited sites and agencies etc option. Some plugins also included which is for them. Can I get something like this licence with JupiterX? This will solve my key one issue. Waiting for your reply Thanks

Lost a $45k website because we needed to upgrade and our backup was corrupted. Now trying to completely build new site and it breaks everytime I try to reinstall theme and some plugins. Total disaster.
(and we have to do this work for free bc we killed the site) OMG.

Never change a running system… don´t know why you always throw your clients in such a chaos. Just tried working with the new jupiterX … and now I am looking for a new theme because I don´t like the new “editor” . 8 licences now for nothing
