Hello there! I intend to buy this theme but I have a question: I will build my students portal and I have to know if is possible to hide the date only in a specific post! I’ve gotten the Newsmag theme and I just found to hide all dates. Is it possible to do that?

In the newspaper theme you can use the cloud library template to create a custom style for your post. You can then simply apply that custom style to the posts you want to. You can read more on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/

Sorry but the mobile theme does not have any options to change the top grid sorting at the moment. It can only sow the featured posts at the moment.

Hey, Does the newspaper theme accepts the user rating? If so, how? If not? What plugin should I use? Since I used the WP-PostRatings Plugin, I saw that the Plugin is not compatible with a newspaper theme. Users can not rate the post. Please help. Also make sure thet the plugin support rich snippet.

Hello,
In the last update where you changed the core …. there seems to be an issue with certain things… in page speed insights… the speed index has gone down as compared to the previous version…
second is it says properly size images and im getting additional load time for this… which could be why the speed index has gone down …. do i have to regenerate thumbnails after this update?

There were no changes regarding images so it should not be an issue. Are you sure this is why the page speed went down? Did you use a child theme before the update? Maybe you used an optimization plugin that no longer works properly. It could be a number of things. Please run a few tests with google page speed and gtmetrix and follow the instructions provided to increase page loading speed. You can try regenerating your thumbnails but I do not see a reason why the thumbs would get changed after an update. We’re used to be working on WPbakery and we’re new with the Tagdiv composer. Is there a way we can just use the visual composer other than the tagdiv? We installed the WPbakery but it still shows tagfiv codes http://prntscr.com/ngrhg9
We really like the design and we just wanted to use the builder we’re used to.

Hello,
You can use WPBakery but you need to start from a blank page. You cannot edit a page that has been built with another page builder. This goes the other way around. If you create a new page using WPBakery, you will not going to be able to edit it using tagDiv Composer.

The videos you show are exactly a video playlist as i have shown in my previous reply. You have to edit the page or sidebar where the element is added to change the settings. As for the privacy policy, it should be a page in your pages section.

The WPBakery page builder cannot be activated as it is a bundled version and bundled versions do not have activation codes. The plugin author did not remove the activation message for such versions. I installed the theme, but when I want to make any change (logo, for example), and clich “save setting”, it tries to save but nothing happen, the sing of saving (the square in the middle of the screen) is always running. I uninstall and install again the theme, and the same problem…. Frustrating…

Usually this happens when your install blocks a required WordPress file called Admin-ajax.php. This can be blocked by your firewall, plugins or file permissions. Pleas try to check your file permissions and security plugins as they tend to block that file due to many requests to it.

The WPBakery front-end builder never worked in our theme. It was disabled from the very start, years ago. There is no way to activate the WPBakery front-end builder.
