Some Pre-buy question. I havent used wordpress for a very long time so I apologize for some basic questions.
Does Jupiter allow blog post title link or image link be directed to external link instead of post page. When user clicks to title or a post, instead of taking user to post page it should take the user to external website. Can this be easily set on posts page or do I need a plugin. As far as I know wordpress does not have such option by default, might be wrong. Will this break the design options set on elementor as seen at the video https://jupiterx.artbees.net/feature-blog-customizer/?
How small featured image can be set on posts lists? Can it be set to 50×50 or any custom size?
I will using relativly small hosting package for the initial stages. Is it possible to verify if the hosting config is capable to handle the acceptable speed. I can submit the screen shots of both WP-ServerInfo data and data on Cpanel? The theme once I bought had the slowest loading speed due to not being on a VPS. (expected daily visitor no more than 1000, anything above that would allow to transition to something else that is more suitble if needed.) And yes I have checked your knowledge base on how to speed up the theme. Woocommerce extention will not be used at all.

p.s: You guys have a beatiful knowledge base design. All other competitor products have terrible support pages. Good job on that. I recommend you to add your support link to your product page on themeforest as well. I or anyone interested in the theme should not search it on your demo site just to access to knowledge base in order to understand basics of the theme as admin demo is not provided..

1. There is no option to link blog post to another URL. In this case you have to use 301 Redirect. Please read more here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
2. You can change featured image size in Posts element settings if you use it on a Blog page to display the posts. https://help.artbees.net/elementor/posts-element
3. You need check if your server meets the theme requirements https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/installing-the-theme/jupiter-x-server-requirements . If the requirements are met, there shouldn’t be any issues.

Hi, is there a way to customise the style and interaction layout, of the sidebar menu. it only seems to have one defualt style. is there a plugin to overwrite it or some builder to take more controll over it other than striaght CSS/HTML etc

In Jupiter X you can edit sidebar styling in Jupiter X > Customize > Sidebar. If there are no options that you need, you have to style it with custom css code. Thank you.

jupiterx/lib/templates/woocommerce/loop/rating.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0,

We edited some Woocommerce files in the theme and only version number needs to be updated, the code won’t be changed. So the outdate files notice won’t harm your site and it can be ignored. Hi there, a little bit frustrated as I’ve just bought JupiterX and its not running properly. Have reported all issues, provided access to my server etc. Still waiting for any feedback! In contrast other themes such as AVADA, ENFOLD or DIVI are working fine and fast … JupiterX in comparisson is very slow but cant i.e. install a denmotheme, Elementor doesn’t work properly etc, etc, etc … So please, can you fix the issue ? Hello guys, do you have template with mega menu? I give up. I tried and tried to create my mega menu but something is wrong.
First: I create the list of menu Second: I create the sub mega menu Third: I create the header and assign to a page, but nothing happen.

I decided not to use jupiter X for this project now! the errors stopping theme loading after trying for 30 minutes were too much

Are you guys using assets from digital ocean to manage API? I just had all my jupiter sites down on the admin side only for an hour or 2. hosting support said “Your website seems to be trying to connect to external service with IP 157.230.149.127 which blocks the access from the server and gives timeout. This IP seems to be related to DigitalOcean: http://geoiplookup.net/ip/157.230.149.127" thoughts?

I want jupiterx to show some information box or show cart content when user add product to cart. Now when I add product (clicking “buy now”) and I don’t have set sticky header nothing happen and I cant see that product was added to the cart.How to make this more visible to user?

WELCOME I would like to write for custom client in PHP or archive post loop template in PHP built on JetEngine and I’ve questions: 1.Is ACF PRO boundle, Raven and JetEngine have an API with PHP that allows use outside of Elementor ?? 2.Where in the Jupiter X template should there be custom single php files? 1. Those plugins are bundled in the theme and you can use it inside the theme especially Raven plugin (it was developed by Artbees). As for ACF and JetEngine, if you need license keys, you need buy the plugins yourself and use them outside the theme.
2. The templates in Jupiter X are located in jupiterx/lib/templates/fragments directory.

Q.2 Thank You Q.1 How should I use ACF if the elementor theme does not provide for its use. Similarly JetEngine – you can create custom posts and taxonomy and there is nothing to handle it. So how do I understand there is no possibility of handling these plugins in PHP ?? Advising that you need to buy a PRO version is very unethical. Maybe in this situation it would be better to write with a text on the themeforest page a list of options that this template does not provide

WTF? WHY do you have NO compatibility with Jupiter 6 at all?
At least you should have added or give an extra plugin, that restores the compatibility and shortcodes from visual composer, so you can use both… or have your old sites stay like they should be. Now I upgraded and expected at least some compatibility when both are activated. Now even I have WP Bakery activated also with elementor, my wp bakery sites don’t work at all. How can you???
Any way to fix that?

Jupiter X uses different page builder than Jupiter 6 and it’s compatible with Elementor only. Please refer to this article https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/changes-made-to-jupiter-x . Soon we’ll release a migration tool that will help to migrate WPBakery content to Jupiter X without breaking the site.
You can still use Jupiter 6, it will be supported and updates will be provided for it along with Jupiter X. So now I recommend you to revert back to Jupiter 6 to get your content restored and wait for the migration tool if you want to upgrade to Jupiter X. Thank you.

In the JupiterX plugin section, there are two plugin options, one for the advanced custom field and another one for the advanced custom field pro. It does let me to install both of them simultaneously. I thought the pro version already includes the free version. My question is, do I need both of them installed?

ACF Pro is used for the users who bought Jupiter X at ThemeForest and you can install Pro version freely as well as the free version. But if you downloaded free version of Jupiter X from our site https://themes.artbees.net http://prntscr.com/nnsbtl you’ll be able to install only free version, not Pro. So now if you bought the theme at Themeforest and registered the theme with your API key, you need install only Pro version. Thank you.
