Hi, I’ve purchased (on another account) and am using this theme. I’m looking to add another row in/beneath the bottom header so that I can add important information such as ‘free returns and shipping’ and ‘loved by our customers, 5000+ reviews’ as per your picture below. I cannot see an option for this in the header builer as it only allows for 3 rows. Please advise.

The product slider drag does not work on Iphone specifically, it only work when you click on arrow but not when you drag right or left, can you please verify this or it’s just me?

Try the snippet below to remove the breadcrumbs from the main shop page.

I can’t say anything without checking from the admin panel. But seems you added the content directly into the Shop page via WP Editor. I suggest you add that content into Flatsome>Theme Options>Shop>Product Catalog -> Shop Page Content section.

I’m having the same problem on 2 different websites using GoDaddy shared hosting since the last update(s). Both are eating all of the resources when using the builder, causing the website to reset/temporary block me (i’m not even sure – but it becomes unreachable). GoDaddy stated it’s the theme and website, not them. I saw that user narensen posted about it 9 days ago, I wanted to confirm I’m having the same issue with 2 websites.

They’re fairly basic hosting packages. They aren’t my websites. Just clients who use your theme, and upon upgrading (I want to say 3.8+), we’ve had problems with it eating resources during builder use.

Try to click on the “Check Again” button in Dashboard>Updates if you have already activated Flatsome. If still doesn’t work, please take a look at this doc to learn how can update Flatsome via FTP.

Am I only one who have problems with view refresh when changing theme options? No matter what changes I make, non of them make changes on preview. I have newest theme version, MAC OS Mojave 10.14.5. Same problem with all different browsers.

How can we make the sidebar sticky? I searched all the comments and you refered to “Q2W3 Fixed Widget” plugin.
The “Q2W3 Fixed Widget” is not working with this theme.
We tried few plugins and still no success. We have 1000s of products with infinite scroll, it is very much easier to have a sidebar always floating next to the products.

There is no sticky option for sidebars for now. But you can vote for a feature request or submit a new one here if you want to see in Flatsome.
