Hi Is the theme compatible with magento 1.9.4.1 ? Sm mega menu items manager doesnt work. Even with magento 1.9.3.8 – as your full package provided – mega menu doesn’t work with php 7.2 . With php 5.6 everything is working just fine . Any ideas on that ( left a ticket but i am writing here as well in case someone else has a problem with php version )

Hi, We have your theme for Magento 2. There is bad design in mobile view that on all pages like category page, the left side shows first on mobile, so customer has to scroll several times to pass all filters and then he can view the category products. But in your Demo the filters are hidden in left in mobile view. How can we change the settings so it shows like your demo?

We are satisfied with the overall theme performance. After many tickets, The support team is unable to provide support on two issues.
- During static content deployment, one mobile css file is always missing and we are unable to complete the task. We took fresh setup from support and still file is missing.
- this issue is intermittent – the home page theme switches to sm market mobile. We have to clear the cache and reindex the store. we don’t have the dedicated resource to watch the store home page

Hi, I am interested as a Pre-sale Question: if I turn on the Sticky menu option, will that be available only on the desktop version? I am interested to have it in the mobile version. As you may already know, in ecommerce, the mobile is pretty much at least 55% if not more used for ecommerce… so the mobile version is more important than the desktop one if you ask me… It would be extremely nice to have a demo for the mobile version with the sticky menu enabled as I have another question like: what will the sticky menu contain? Will it show the Cart too? Or only the categories and so on… It is all about usability. Thank you

Do you have any plan to update the theme to utilize the full width space of higher resolution displays for example 1900px etc. Currently the maximum width is 1200 px and any remaining space is not utilized. Dear Author, you really do not like criticism, and you are doing very little when it comes to customer support. I would like you to answer as to why was our review removed? was it because we gave it 1 star? The item is still broken for us, still buggy, with the same poor level of customer support and yet, the review was removed without you working with us to change our minds. Why was that? Sorry, i disagree. the review was not breaking any envato rules, and you removed it anyway. it was reviewing this theme and the support you gave. I did not lie or refer to anything else. Please point out the EXACT places and what envato terms it broke. And as a developer, i understand that you should at least try to replicate the issue I am describing. Unless you can prove it broke the rules please reinstate the review.

Many our existing customers use this theme with Manual Package without any problem. So again, we need your info to check. Your refuse just waste your time and we can not help you. Anyway, we do not have right to remove any rating. The rating is removed by Envato staff for persuasive reason.

So you are saying that we should remain forever on the initial version, or on a new update just install the manual package again? or maybe we should always get you to update the theme 3 times on a dev/stg/live websites.
what if I do not want to use your manual package and I would like to use the simple theme and be able to update it properly every time this is required?
We can not allow you access to a local server ( if you are developer you will understand – to use the same words). So logically you would need to replicate issue locally on your computer. but it’s clear you are not willing to do that. all you want is SSH details to a live server which will never happen. ( why don’t you give me your server SSH details so I can deploy and update theme?)
At this point, your help is no longer needed as we will NOT use this theme at all. it is way too buggy, with errors and does not follow Magento’s guidelines.
I am sure this comment will be removed pretty soon as the review…

just a bit of advice to future buyers. We purchased this theme but pretty soon found out it is very bad from multiple points of view which I can discuss with whomever wants to know. But the worst thing is, we could not update it, and no matter how many times we tried it, it broke. when that happened, seller sent us a link to a guide on how to update theme, which did not work at all. Their ONLY way to provide support was for us to provide SSH and FTP details to the site, which we can not under GDPR because we don’t know who they are. We also explained that this problem is not 1 server but also on another 3 totally separate and different local environments. We never once were asked for details of the servers, all support provided was “give us SSH”. They did offer FREE upgrade service, but that is not what we need or want. Imagine needing them for every update ( or maybe when deploying to a live env). In light of all that, we will NOT use this item and for certain will avoid ANY item from this seller.
You should think twice before buying.
