I bought this then do the installation, import one single layout and import theme options, buts this option doesn´t appear in my menu for edit and custom my website, could you help me? Thank you!

Hi luia! Not sure to understand but if you import a single layout it’s not supposed this page will be automatically inserted in your main menu, you need to insert this in your main menu, ex: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000876378
Unless you don’t have red errors in the System Status page ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214000785 ) when you modify the Accent Color this should be updated in all your site, if you have an odd issue other users are not reporting we need to check your installation. Hello, I have a global Custom Field added tot the portfolio items. The question is – can i order theme in alphabetical order based on this custom field using the post module?

And also – the search doesn’t return the content from the project details – it does not index the project fields and custom fields?

Hi Maxim1985! No, the order option is the ones you see when you open the module (unless customizations). No the native search of WordPress only inspects the part of the content, it’s a good point but I don’t know right now if it’s possible to make this working also for custom fields.

Hey guys, great theme. I understand the issue of render-blocking JS, and making the theme beautiful etc… I realize if I turn off most of the animation throughout the theme, I can still compile the JS and increase the Google Insights page load time…. one thing I cannot do is eliminate all the animation off the navbar. Can you help me in turning off that animation?

Hi chassiz! Not sure to understand the render-blocking JS point, there are just 2 small files that Uncode needs, this can result in a few points less in some page speed tools but if you need to speed up your installation you can follow this: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/115004168269

Hi, I’ve installed the full demo. I’ve restructured & picked the pages that I want. How can I remove the rest of the pages (180 plus) from my menu structure? Thanks, Pa.

There is not a method to remove the unused pages (unless delte them with the bulk delete), our suggestion is to not import all the demos but selective pages if you need just some of them form the dedicated Import Single Layout (this way you can import just 1 page or the few pages you need): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001065#&gid=1&pid=3

i am using studiofolio and its starting to act up, guess because its old. Which of your themes should i replace it with?

Yes, unfortunately Studiofolio is definitely affected by the passage of time. Uncode is our featured and best seller theme, so I recommend that of course. But, to clarify, the two themes are based on different frameworks, so Uncode isn’t the new version of Studiofolio, it is a different theme.

Hi moment22, I think this is the old Envato library that was deprecated.

A little question. Currently I am using the page options ” slide control ” , with the ” post ” module it’s possible to adjust the height of the single block to 50 %. How can I do this with the ” gallery module ” and show all blocks nicely fitted into the screen ? Thanks. Curious about the next update :)

Hi there. I am already running 2 websites with your theme. The best theme ever. Now just one question, because I want to buy two more licenses for other projects, is it not possible to have contact info (phone and mail) on top of the main menu like with many other themes? There seems to be such an option in themes settings, but – at least for me – it is not working. Thanks a lot in advance

hello, I would like to reproduce in my site the menu present in the Classic agency demo. The home page must initially have the transparent menu with white links and then stycky menu with black links on a white background. I can’t reproduce it or maybe it doesn’t seem to work. I am using the splash demo screen with the background video and I am just trying to find out how to make sure the fullscreen video is using 100% of the screen. At the moment it’s like zoomed so I cannot see the full background video.

Only a portion of the candle visible while if I look the youtube video fullscreen it’s perfect.

If you can please just guide me with this, it would be awesome as everything else was really easy to use and configure.

Hi jf! Not sure if you have some issue without a link to your site but it’s not possible to make a video fit 100% the width and height on responsive web design. Hi, I had an issue some months back, with the logo scrolling unintentionally, which you addressed in a ticket on the support site. You gave me a tweaked app.js file to solve the issue. I now wish to upgrade the theme to the latest version and want to know if the bug has been fixed in the latest update. Hi there! I unpublished my site for a number of months and recently logged back into my account. After doing so, I noticed that all the content I’d built using the Uncode Visual Composer was changed to a code block instead. The Visual Composer still appears at the bottom of the edit page, but all my content remains in this new block of code. How do I revert whatever update/change caused this to happen so my content can be editable via the Visual Composer again? Many thanks for any advice.

Hi no1knows! Yes the BigText is based on JS, it calculate the max available font size based on the column container width, so you cannot control the size but only the column width.

Actually now i notice all the big screen size images on my site are blurry! What could be causing this, and how can i fix this back to normal?

In our first message, we told you what is the problem and we included a screenshot to the issue (pretty odd who worked on the site even doesn’t notice this since you just need to open the Chrome Developers tool to see the error).
I repeat, you cannot be stressed if we reference the term CDN, we see this extra service in your site and we just told you. Users that have a CDN know what this is since they pay money for this. Anyway, you cannot be stressed if we reference what we see and what we see it’s named CDN.
Thanks for appreciating Uncode bu you can’t say that our support is not good, maybe next time you would prefer to wait hours or days to get an answer like many authors do.

Talking to you is literally like running in circles. And you are being rude now too. I already explained to you what your problem is – you talk to people that BOUGHT your theme like we are developers, instead of explaining things like you explain to non-expert, so instead of taking a feedback from your clients, and maybe trying to improve the way you explain things – you keep repeating yourself, and yes that is not a good support. Just being quick is not a good support. People would rather wait for a day and get a sensible answer, and this happened to me few times with you guys, not just once. You just explain things like you would to your colleague, the developer and that’s not good support, we, your clients are not developers. We contact you to EXPLAIN things for us. And that is apparently a bother for you, explaining things to someone that knows less than you is not the most pleasant task, but you keep forgetting that is what real support is. Actually explaining. To a non-expert.

Your first response was a video of inspect element, i see you pointing to something with an arrow, but I HAVE NO CLUE what you’re showing me. Using words like native file, migration of something, CDN, all the things i don’t even know what they are, let alone where to find it. And AGAIN insulting me for the millionth of time with REPEATING AGAIN – “users that have CDN know what this is since they pay money for this” AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN you disrespect and disregard what i’m telling you – I have never payed anything for any CDN I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS, if i have it, i’m not aware what it is or who installed it or what does it do. Now, do you understand this sentence? Its simple English really, not sure what part is difficult for you to understand.

All this messaging, all this nonsense, when all you had to do is say – “you have something called CDN on your hosting plan, this is messing your images, not sure why its there, but call your hosting providers to remove it.”

Done.

Maybe take some feedback and explain things better to your clients. If you scroll up there all the people that bought your theme asking you for help, literally no one understands what you’re telling them. I takes like 14 messages to get an answer we would actually understand.

Let’s recap. Your site worked fine until yesterday (so it’s not a problem of the theme). Then your SSL certificate expired and your host provider worked removed the redirection from https to http. Now you have the problem. So it’s supposed the problem happened here. Do you agree with this? We sent screenshots and descriptions of where the problem is and you cannot expect us to call things otherwise if their names are these. You have a technical problem, turn our report to those who supported you and they will understand what we say. Since there is no other way to call a CDN if not CDN (we don’t say that you paid for it but you have on your site and this is a fact, some hosts install a CDN for you as part of the service they offer). So we definitely don’t talk to users as if they were developers but if developers (host support agents) have caused technical problems we can only talk with technical terms and you should ask them to fix all the problems they caused since we even suggest with screenshots where the problem is.
