I click on buttons on pages e.g “view all tour” on the travel agency theme or “make an appointment/book free date” on barbershop theme which leads to no where. Are the themes missing modals? Or once installed these buttons have their destination pages/modals?

Seems you are referring to the button modules, the supposed to have simple links. “view all tour” can lead to your custom page but it’s not supposed to have any additional modules. “make an appointment/book free date” can lead to the Contact page for example.

So there is no page where all tours are displayed and no booking modal so that user can pick dates/hours etc?
No, it’s not supposed to be in our demo, also the tours are added with the help of the woocommerce plugin as products. Booking is not included in the theme as well. You can use DFD Contact form with the date filed to make a booking.

Hi, I am taking over the maintenance of a website built with this theme.
I have the Envato purchase code and ID that were issued August 29th 2017, but I am not able to update the theme. I thought future updates should be possible?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the purchase code from the PDF document that I have, doesn’t work. It won’t let me register to submit a support ticket. I don’t have access to the Envato account that was used for buying the theme. They just sent me the Envato license certicate pdf with the details on it. You can add WPBackery modules to the Single product (they will be displayed in Description tab on product page) and to the Shop page but there is no option to add WPbackery for posts or portfolio archive pages.

Hello,
I copied 2 different js script into Theme options/generals/custom css&js part, onto custom js script field.
The first worked well, after I add today the second one from Capturly (to do heat map of our site). The js part of the theme is totally crashed, you can check it: www.cleanne.hu
The rev slider stopped, and unfortunately the theme options whole sections also, I clicked variable menus (header, general, fonts, etc), but it didn’t loaded, so I’m unable to delete the second script because I couldn’t reach the custom js menu.
I try to find out in PHP database and in your code, where you placed this script and delete it manually, but I didn’t find it.
Please help me, where can I find this custom js or how can I delete it via ftp connection (or other way what you suppose).

Hi. Reading the most comments i could not find and ansewer about my issue. How do i do that shortcodes works correctly Am i missing something. I installed the theme and installed all needed plugins. Everything works cool. I can add any elements from WPBakery builder, except for shortcodes. I add a shortcode at the Shortcode Mapper section. once added it appears at the elements from WPBakery builder but the options it gives are very general.

All options for the lightbox can be found in Theme Options > General Options > Lightbox styling Options. It’s possible to hide elements with CSS codes but image size cannot be changed.

Thanks for the quick response! I have a problem I finished the project is really coming along well, the only thing that disputes me having a purely photo site is the height of the lightbox images (I like it very much) which is not possible, question I can disable the ligtbox of the theme and install an external plugin?
There is no option to disable theme’s lighbox, we haven’t tested any other lighbox plugin so cannot share any details.

Please check Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings > Single pages layout. Widget to the sidebar can be added in Appearance > Widgets. Menu can be created in Appearance > Menus.

Was really impressed with the design and support of this item until I realise that the option of using custom headers in the theme are not fully responsive and do not work correctly. This means I now have to start from scratch and find a new theme. It’s quite unfair this isn’t stated before people purchase this.

The Custom header follows CSS rules for the image, in your case the image was resized and custom header(600px) was partially empty. You can try background size – cover or CSS solution to decrease the element’s height on mobiles we have shared with you.
Anyway, we will add your request about responsive options for the custom header to our wish-list to implement in future theme updates.

Please check the screenshot from out response above: Note, the anchors on One Page Scroll page template types need to be added with ‘section-‘ word before anchor sign, e.g.: #section-2, while in the Row Settings, only the number should be entered, e.g: 2. Also, it is necessary to have the anchor added to each of the rows if One Page Scroll page template is selected.
So you need to add ‘section-‘ word before anchor sign and add anchor to each row on the page.

The products are clickable by default, you can check our demo page here. Probably you have enabled Catalogue mode in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Woocommerce base options.

You are using product style 2 in this demo, I need to change the color of button or is there any option I can add a custom button saying learn more instead of add to cart ? If not tell me how can I can add to cart button’s color ?
Custom add to cart can be added by third party plugin. As for the button color, there is no such option but it can be done with custom CSS code. In case you need help with color changing, please submit a ticket here.

Hello. I bought Stylish Multi-Purpose Creative WP Theme. When I go to this url http://preview.themeforest.net/item/native-powerful-startup-development-tool/full_screen_preview/19200310 I see different templates i can use, however i would like to know if it is possible to take some part from different template and build another one. I mean to create a custom template. If it does. Is there an extra documentation so i can see examples or instructions.

You can install several demos on your site using WordPress Importer, more details you can find in this post: http://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/demo-content and combine them.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Please, open the page editor of the layout from which you need to take some part. Please, remove all the unnecessary elements keeping the content you are interested in. After this, please switch to the ’Classic mode’ and copy the shortcode of the content.
Copy the shortcode you’ve received.
You may NOT save changes, only copy the code and refresh the page. So you’ll keep the page as it was before.
2. Please go to Pages > New page > and by switching to classic mode, please paste the shortcode you’ve copied and switch back to the ‘backend’ editor.
So you’ll get the copied content on a new page.
3. The same content can be added to the already existing page. Simply switch to classic mode, find the end of the shortcode and paste the copied one and switch to backnend editor. By drag and drop you may change the position of the new elements.

Tried this theme there are lot of complexities like customizing woocommerce shop page there is no option for add to cart in addons for visual composer related to woocommerce I can’t customize the add to cart button.
