When I try to install my Jupiter 6 plugins I get and error for the page builder…...... An error occurred while installing WPBakery Page Builder: Download failed. Not Found.

Did you try to install the plugin via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins? Also you can try to install it via Appearance > Install Plugins. Let us know the result.
I tried via the control panel required plugins and it still did not work had to upload the plugin via plugins manually.

You can add Email Subject in the Form settings https://take.ms/MOvqd . As for the Contact Form 7, there are some differences between both forms and Raven form is still being improved to add more features to it. Anyway you can use it in long term as it works fine and different actions can be integrated like Email, MailChimp, Download, etc.
You can use WPML plugin, but for now we have some problems with it which are described here: https://take.ms/zn0KM . The language button can be added to your menu via WPML settings. Thank you.

I know that we can add email subject. But I want the subject to be specific for each form submission, e.g. use an input for a field as an email subject.
e.g. User A input his email a@mail.com so the email subject would be “An form from A (a@mail.com)”
User B input his email ab@mail.com so the email subject would be “An form from B (b@mail.com)”
So that when each submission came into my gmail inbox, they don’t stay within the same message.

How can I use a page as a template for my other pages? Can I duplicate it somehow? To be more specific, I want to use the Journey page from the Serenator template. Or can I create such a template by myself? I was trying to do it but I’m not able to get the main image to the top of the page and behind the header (menu).

I’ve tried it with the page template but when I create a new page and use the Add Template button, I get this https://pasteboard.co/IjlDg0M.png instead of this https://pasteboard.co/IjlEqPG.png. Does it mean I have to save each page of the template as a page template, remove the current template and then use the saved layouts? Or how does it work?

Yes, need save a page as a template and then create an empty page and import the created template to that page. Also make sure you set Page Attributes settings for a new page as “Full Width” in the page editor. Thank you.

Using Jupiter X, you’ll get a new page builder Elementor which is more faster and there are some plugins bundled in the theme that extend Elementor functionality, like Jet plugins, Raven and more. Is it possible to purchase additional “addons” for Elementor and use them with the new Jupiter? The install package looks great, but I’m used to Visual Composer and being able to add doo-dads if needed for a project. Just checking. Thanks.

If you want to use WPBakery, you can use Jupiter 6 theme and the update has been released recently for it – 6.2.0 version. Do you still want to use Jupiter theme with WPBakery Page Builder or you’d like to install Jupiter X which uses new page builder Elementor? In this case your WPBakery pages must be re-created with Elementor in Jupiter X.

I just updated to v. 6.2.0 and waiting on the files for WP Bakery from support (I explained why I need the files instead of going to each site). The update didn’t fix it, I’m hoping updating WP Bakery will resolve it. Otherwise, the error only happens when I scroll using the mouse scroll.

Hi I have updated my theme to latest version (6.2.0) After that i realized, i cant update WP Bakery plugin to 5.6. it gives me error like “The plugin is at the latest version.” it shows 5.4.5.4 as a current version . Our theme requires at least 96M of memory limit. But if you use a lot of plugins or your server resources are low, it may be increased to 256M. Thank you.
