Hi guys!
I’m trying to figure out how to force refresh browser cache of style.css in the child theme and seems no matter I set with filemtime, the version of the file stick to the version of the theme.
Cache plugin WP Rocket emptied and desactivated. Same issue
But if not logged in and Wp Rocket ON, it detects the css change and apply it. So it seems realy to occur when users are logged in.
Any clue on this?

there is no cache stuff included into theme so if something is being cached, you should check it with your admin because this might be something on server side.

Seems more on browser cache that doesn’t load updated .css on user side.
That’s why I’m trying to give a version number to the child style.css but no matter if it’s in the enqueue functions by adding the version manually or using filemtime, the style.css always stick to the theme version due this line:
define(‘MFN_THEME_VERSION’, ‘21.2.5’);
The only way to force the browser to load the updated style.css is by changing the theme function.
There’s somewhere a way to dequeue this theme version applied to the child theme.
If you use the proper functions names in child theme, those files would be always more important than parent theme. This is how child theme exactly works. In theme files, regarding best practices, we use:
if( function_exists())
to check if this function exists in child theme or not.
Hi there, I have a strange behaviour on this page. The 3 columns on top aren’t the same height. The equal height is correct, but not the content. The middle column looks bigger than the others. I’ve checked every margin and everything (incl. images) have the same values, but I don’t know where the issue is.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got (any html tag colored with red color shows the problem). Please fix them first and all should be fine.
Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.

Ok, I’ve corrected the HTML tags. I still have different heights. Do you have an idea? 
Maybe I’ve misconfigured the equal height…?
The only thing I can see is, that the middle element has 288px height and the others 277px. But I don’t know how to avoid different sizes…

Ok, we’ve got some changes for the contact persons on this page, so we now have only 2 columns. At first the height problem was still there, then I copied the first column again and changed image and text. It’s strange, now it looks fine.
But I only did what I did before – just copied the column and the wraps inside.
Yes, that is weird but probably you did one little thing different and that’s why it works now. Anyway, we are glad to hear that you have sorted it out.
Can I update this theme in the Wordpress Admin area or do I have to download the latest version in my download section on Envato and upload it using FTP?

if your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.

sure you can. Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.

1) Mobile menu color, you can change under BeTheme Options > Colors > Menu section.
2) Depends if you want to keep icon but add Menu text or just replace current icon with text, please put one of the lines below, under BeTheme Options > Responsive > Header > Menu | Button > Button | Text:

Is there a way to remove the zoom on hover effect on gallery item? I want it to be removed on fancy one.

hi, woocommerce plugin is running on the site. but to the theme SHOP option page we have always this message : “Shop requires free WooCommerce plugin. Install plugin”. and on the WooCommerce status page theme section, betheme files appear to be overridden. what should we do for this problem? Thanks

I deleted the header builder and now I don’t see my header at all… I change styles and still nothing shows. Any ideas? I have tried to reinstall header builder but get an error saying the file contains no documents. I am not using a custom header, but a betheme preset. Creative right.
Also, when I try to activate the action bar for a test and place it above header, it does not show either. For some unknown reason my header disappeared and I can do nothing to get it back. Change styles, settings and still nothing. Change themes and the header is there with my menu.

I want to buy the theme “betheme” but, researching with some friends, they told me that it has some flaws that make you tweak the source code, and since I want to create a virtual store, they told me that the header search does not show the products stores as “products” but rather as blog posts, so before buying I need to make sure I will not have a headache with this item.

Hello – I’m using the header Builder and I do not know where to change the background color of the dropdown burger menu when I expand it in tablet mode.
It currently rolls out with a white background and red letters and I want it in black and white letters.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.
Anyway, the feature you ask for is for premium users only who bought plugin’s license separately.
