It seems your database crashed. it is your wordpress install that is broken, not the theme. Please try to recover your database and reinstall wordpress. yes, you can change the placement of the logo. The demo you use switches the position of the logo and header ad. You can either switch demos or import another header style using the cloud library header templates: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/

I had custom templates pulling in acfs into a child template with post templates as follows loop-single-1.php. Following a recent update these don’t seem to be being picked up and I can’t find anything in your documentation about customising your post templates, could you advise please.

If you are using a child theme then please read this guide: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ The child theme in newspaper 9.7+ will not affect the files that were moved to the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Unfortunately we did not test our theme with ACF so we cannot offer any solution in this regard.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache – caching plugin Contact form 7 – used to make contact forms bbPress – forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack – plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site Orbit Fox – extend your website features WooCommerce – eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO – SEO plugin Wp User Avatar – Change users avatars WP GDPR Compliance – GDPR compliance plugin HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat – Grow your email list, generate leads, and manage contacts
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

I’m trying to make a custom header from the Cloud Templates but I can’t seem to disable the full width? I want it to be a fixed width of 1100px or so. Where do I do that? In the Cloud Template editor or somewhere else?
