Try to go to Qode options > General > Page transitions and set No animation. It should be helpful, since it looks like some third party plugin you are using is in conflict with our script for ajax.

I deactivated the main Woocommerce plugin and that fixed the problem however, the first text section on the page failed to load. See this screencast:

We have just checked your website. Please, note that video loading is not related to page transitions in this page https://stevedillondesigns.com/video/ but video size. Script for page transitions could be in conflict with some third party plugin, such as some extension for WooCommerce, but not with WooCommerce itself, since it is fully compatible with our theme.
We need to tell you that main problem with loading on your website is related to so heavy content you have, over 31MB. Thanks, but I wasn’t asking you anything about page load time, I was asking why you’re page transitions aren’t compatible with WooCommerce. If a WooCommerce extension causes conflicts then your Theme isn’t fully compatible with WooCommerce. It’s that simple.
Also, I had turned off caching to try to fix the issue with your page transitions and forgot to turn it back on – that’s why GT Metrix flagged it

Yes. I know. I disabled the page transitions because your page transitions and your theme is not fully compatible with WooCommerce. See thread above.
As for the hero image in my custom posts – in case anyone else searches this and finds it useful, I used the custom fields entry on the post itself to get the image in the header area.

Is Qode membership dashboard/login modal + qode LMS responsive? I’m checking demo 231 and it does not display well on mobile, login modal looks not optimized and the videos in LMS are not responsive and off the screen. Try using Parallax speed option in Row Settings:

0 – the background image is static
2 – the fastest movement (the image will be moving at very similar speed as the content)

Hey there, pre-sales question if I may. I see it has a schedule plugin included, does this allow visitors to book appointments? Also to reduce page load time is it possible to simply use a static image on homepage with overlay text but still be responsive on mobile, Ive found sliders increase scripts and load time? Lastly on pingdom tools a onepage demo is loading in 4.3 seconds, lots of DNS errors, redirects etc?

Bridge is multi purpose theme with a lot of features and elements, and theme demos were not optimized for speed, but users can fix this by following instructions from some testing tool like GTmetrix – by enabling gzip, installing caching plugin and by using CDN. We have positive feedback from some users that they were able to optimize Bridge theme to load for 2 seconds. Of course good hosting plan will also have great impact on site speed.

I had another issue with anchors links, as you can see on this page in the menu below the main image ( Proyecto – Plantas – Ubicación – Contacto), I don´t know why the anchor link works on all the items, excepts “Ubicación” , this menu item makes a little smooth scroll to the top. The issue is related to prettyphoto script – WPBakery plugin still uses older prettyphoto script and it overrides the script from our theme, which has been updated in the latest theme version. The temporary solution until WPBakery developers update specified script is to open functions.php file, find and rename ‘prettyphoto’ to something else, for example ’bridgePrettyphoto’ on this line:

Save modified file and upload it to server via FTP, or edit the functions.php file under Appearance -> Theme Editor.We have contacted WPBakery developers regarding this, hopefully they will include updated script in one of the next plugin updates.
