How to download Seiko theme version 3, could you please give me a link be cause i can’t find it in my purchase

I wrote a comment highlighting problems in the theme, and you have deleted it. this not professional, you have to address the problem instead. i’m gonna ask for a refund. language option is a crucial thing in my website as i address many countries. so if it does not work. please i’m asking for a refund.

Hi! We did not delete your tickets, it does nit make sense for us. Multilanguages is not being supported by default shopify themes as well.

Hi Bigsteps team. I am very interested in the website, but after so many bad comments I am a little worry about your support. Do you offer setting-up services on Shopify for extra cost? And if the images showing on the template are not included will you upload other images? I need to know as I am not very experienced and I would need to do the content changes myself and without the images it will be impossible for me to do content upload making it look as good as yours does. Hi! Unfortunately, Shopify has recently updated its core and free Wishlist functionality doesn’t work. We advise to disable it temporarily in Theme Settings / Genera / Wishlist – uncheck the checkbox. You can also use paid wishlist app from Shopify app’s store.

How does a user/buyer change password on this theme?

I do not see a way for users to reset passwords if the forgot their login details, or for user’s to change passwords once the are signed in. How do you do these?

Hello, I’ve updated the theme from version 2.1 to Version 2.3 and now having an issue in the section area.

HTML error found Broken HTML has been detected in your theme’s products-tabbed.liquid file. Check that there are no missing or extra HTML tags present.

In the theme customization area I am getting that error message and the tabbed group is messed up in the theme area. I’ve submitted a support ticket so please check it out and fix the issue asap. Thanks :-)

I’m starting to LOVE this theme. It’s been improving and I’m impressed now. However, one more thing needs to be fixed. There should be an option to have a particular image display when the website is viewed on mobile. For example, when creating slideshows, Collections or Banners, there should be an option to have different images displayed when the viewer is on a mobile phone. This is standard right now because most user are on mobile, and most traffic comes from mobile. As of now, when a viewer is looking at the website on a mobile phone, they will be looking at the big Banners and Big Collection images that are actually for a desktop, and those big banners increase file size and doesn’t help with the speed of the website. If you look at www.fashionnova.com you will see different images and banners depending which device you are on. This is crucially important, because if the sites takes long to load because of big banners, the user will leave the website. Not good.

So, I think this feature is so necessary and critical in 2019. This is the only part of the Seiko Theme that is not optimized for mobile. However, BigSteps can fix this fast with Media Queries. So, please get this issue squared away, because the theme HAS TO BE OPTIMIZED for mobile.

So, to sum it up, this fix will make the Sekio Theme five stars or a 10. Right now, when a viewer is looking at the Sekio Theme on mobile, they will be looking an Banner image and Collection Images that is for desktop. We need to show images for mobile if the user is on mobile. Thank You and Happy Holidays! I give you guys great tips to improve the theme, right? Give me some credit!
