Pre-sale question. In the modern layout demo, in single rental pages there are no details about rooms (example https://remap.travelerwp.com/st_rental/cozy-apartment-in-midtown-sydney/). Is this a bug or missing functionality? Hotel pages do correctly show details about each room. Thanks.

Hello sir, I want to ask. I just installed this theme, and I made a new tour. When I make a tour available for every day and set it on the Availability tab and click the Bulk Price Edit button then check all the month and year options. When I click the Save button, the process is very long and just loading it as in the following image link http://prntscr.com/o870n2. Please help me sir, thank you

I tested it on localhost and on the hosting site. I waited for more than 7 hours and it wasn’t finished. I have a suggestion, how to make this function easier. For example, if you choose a “available” tour it will automatically be available every day without having to choose the year and month, this is too time consuming. Thank you

How to edit the search options tabs and fields .. where i can find that option in modern layout??

In the Modern layout, there are no options for the customer can change the fields of the search form. We have used hard-code for this section for fit with UX/UI of travel site. Of course client can make any custom for change layout by use child-theme for match with requirements.

Only payments would be subscriptions from partners.

Our theme currently support Inbox function in the Classic layout: allow buyer and service owner can communication on site.

We will update Inbox function show on Morden layout in version 2.7.4 in next week and we also update new function send Enquiry from buyer to service owner ( called Partner on site).

If you don’t want allows for payment online you can use our Submit Form booking and turn off other payment onlike like paypal, stripe…

Our theme not allow to config for make payment direct to Partner account yet.

In the Modern Layout version, theme does not yet support these function so we removed them from Theme Setting.

For the Payment Gateway option, we do not remove from Theme settings. From version 2.6, we have some change for this so you can refer our document for more details.

- Can i create partner ID for my travel agents and let them sell available packages. Conditions we will display net price to them and they will sell on there on. OR we will give them commission on whatever they will sell.

1. Customer can still leave a review in service detail page. We only remove some extra option of Review option in Modern layout version.

2. Please provide us more description so we can answer to you.

3. Theme does not yet support this function.

My website just got defacted again from a fresh install of this template, with the newest update and no 3rd party plugins on a fresh new host and pc. So the chance that someone knowing my info, or my host not being secure is completely nonsense. Someone targetted my domain and knows a vulnerability in this script. No ones information is safe. Don’t purchase this garbage script.

Then they replied with :

This basically means even if our script gets hacked we don’t care.

I I haven’t done anything except installing the new theme and uploading some locations in bulk using WP ALL I PORT.

So don’t tell me some stories and try to avoid .

This is just bullshitting I feel what you guys are trying to do by telling you support. It’s been 45 days now and till date I couldn’t get the error solved which is create by your own theme. You just give some response irrelevant to the topic at all or the solution and we need to wait for 1-2 days for another reply.

I have deleted all the locations , optiontree pluggin but still I am unable to update the Data in Theme Settings.

Do you have a solution or else just refund their are far more excellent themes available in Envato.

For sure you have so many sales and people getting frustrated and leaving for another theme….very misleading you guys are…

If you cannot solve accept it the theme has many flaws and even after so many sales you are not able to solve simple issues..

1. Mobile responsive not working….on mobile devices, the tour list show one after the other https://prnt.sc/o77t5j instead of two tours in each row, like your demo. https://prnt.sc/o77sur

2. Also, ‘sort by price’ doesn’t sort by price.

3. Latest uploaded tours don’t show on the listing, but on going to the 2nd page and coming back to the first page again, it shows.

Shine theme, some of us have been using wordpress for sometime now and i can tell you if your documentations we up to date with clear instructions, I believe there would not have been too many negative comments here.

Have you not seen that there are too many negative comments. I believe the reason we chose you theme is because your traveller theme have lots of service.
