I´ve tried many times ( more than 
to load the demo and couldn’t make the image atachments load. (Cause images help working as dummy in the design).
Anyway I decided to work from there (without images), the pages still are constructed. I downloaded the images from the Demo Site, Now I’m trying to use the advance image gallery at the home of this demo and they don’t display as Masonry. They appear in a single row at a same width and height.
I ran out of Support time, but I think this its a problem of the Demo, it isn’t loading all the stuff it should. So PLEASE could you help me?

When it comes to GDPR, please, check this article https://qode.ticksy.com/article/13042 but if you still want to use this plugin, we think it could be adjusted with some minor custom css. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

i am so upset of the way you handled my problem. no one want to deal with the problem at all. first you said send the information for the website here in a message and i did second you asked me to send it via email and i did third i asked you again about the problem and you replied to me with a very strange answer that you never received email from me and asked me to send it again and i did. fourth after all of that the reply was so disappointing, you asked me to open a ticket and you didn’t solve the problem you caused in your updates of the theme. i think the problem is not that big that you handled the case with the worst attitude ever!!

The problem is that there is a site that was developed 1 year ago.
On this site we should not and can not change anything. If we start updating the plugins, all our changes will be lost and we will have to re-engage in the development of this site.
Now the problem is in the WPbakery plugin, which, after updating WP, stopped working.
Please contact the developer and find a solution to this problem.
After WP updates, we are unable to update your plugins.
This is nonsense. No other topic has such problems. After developing any WP updates, all plugins continue to work. It does not work for you, specifically WPbakery plugin. The same plugin works fine in other third-party themes.
This is a significant problem, because of which your theme cannot be used.
Please contact your WPbakery developers and developers to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, when updating plugins, all default plug-in templates roll back. Therefore, the proposed method of solving the problem through updating all plug-ins will lead to the loss of individual development of all templates including css styles.

Hi, I have installed a temporary test of Bridge. We purchased Bridge, because we wanted to have listings on Google Maps like this https://bridge91.qodeinteractive.com/ I succesfully made a working Google Maps API. I imported the bridge91 demo, and the map is showing.
However, when I change an existing address of an existing item in your demo item, it does not show anymore, and throws errors : uncaught exception: [object Object] ( cb=gapi.loaded_0:118:58 )
When I try to add my own item, with custom address, it does not work at all. It only shows the demo locations, but nothing more, it can’t convert normal addresses to locations. Can you please help us fix this ? We want to be able to add coaches with their own locations to the website. This was the reason why we bought the theme so I hope it gets fixed …
p.s.: I tried the ticksy system, but after I made the ticket, it was completely jammed again

Hi, I have a problem with the configuration of the qode options. Since yesterday if I try to change the settings I don’t see them changed to frontend even if they are saved in the panel. Specifically, I want to change the fonts, but if I inspect the pages I see that they are taken from the stylesheet.min.css of the bridge theme. In my site I use a child the bridge theme that should overwrite the basic theme, I also tried to clear the cache and disable the plugin that manages it (wp-rocket) but the problem persists. The site in question is perpetua.it. How can I solve the problem?

Now we need to change the fonts using Muli and Questrial (backend fonts). We have also checked the source file of the pages to verify the cascade of the css and everything seems to be correct.
How can we modify the fonts without intervening directly in the stylesheet? We would like to be able to configure as much as possible from backend (qode option) and not directly into the stylesheet.

We have never had problems of this kind before today in the qode option configuration.
We are really not sure why this happened at all. As we could see, these options you shown in screenshot are not recorded in style_dynamic.css It could be that there is some cache on your server. Or conflict with some third party plugin. We need to ask you to clear all the cache and to disable all third party plugins.
