Is there currently a way to have events (The Events Calendar) show on the homepage? Other themes have added in their own theme code to incorporate the events.

Hi mfrazier35! After inspecting the code I confirm that both of the websites you linked are NOT using The Events Calendar plugin. Anyway there are some users of Uncode that use this plugin, the plugin should give you also a shortcode you can insert where you need. My Media Gallery consist only of Galleries created under the Gallery Tab in Wordpress. When the user clicks on an image in the Media Gallery, they can see all the images in the selected Gallery. However the oEmbed elements in the Gallery cannot be seen. It this an error?

I just tried using “Poster” instead of original and it worked. It this intentional? If so I would recommended adding it to your documentation.
Another issue is that you can’t scroll further up/down/left/right if you highlight the oEmbed, but on an image it is working fine. That’s a bit confusing for the user, if the site has chosen the “no arrows” option as I have.

Not sure what means that you cannot scroll if you highlight the oEmbed, from here we are able to use arrows also with oEmbed.

I just meant that I can scroll down to the next gallery item while hovered over the image, this is not possible if the gallery item is an oEmbed, then I have to click the arrow (if activated – not in my case), scroll outside of the box of the oEmbed or click the thumbnail (if activated).

The issue is that when you scroll back to the top, the top slide isn’t at the top of the viewport and this brings the overlay about 1900px up, you can test it by inspecting element on the black screen and by using the rs module rs-duotone-red-blue-light

This comment wasn’t about compatibility with IE, it was about the main header turning black after 1 minute of sliding down. Can you please test it on your end on any browser, and let me know if I need to renew support to fix this issue.

We cannot fix what happen inside Slider Revolution frame, this is something that happen inside their part of code and seems a glitch with some of the parallax layers you have, in fact if you trigger a small resize it works again. The best we can suggest it’s to force a resize when you change slide, try to insert this code in the Theme Options > JS:

I want to customize my footer copy right amd I do edit it in “Theme Options”—“General”-“footer”—“Copyright Aera”. Hi freezhao! You cannot insert PHP codes in the TinyMCE not with Uncode, not with ay other themes, the TinyMCE only accepts plain text or HTML.

Do you have this when you use the Automatic Copyright Text but if you need to customise it you need to override some themes files. In themes you cannot inject PHP codes with the options (in most of cases this is for security) and anyway the TInyMce doesn’t’ accepts PHP. Maybe you can find some JavaScript solution to update the date.

In the theme options, under ‘Performance’ I’ve disable the option ‘Adaptive Images’ because the theme doesn’t register generated thumbnails metadata correctly and image optimize plugins can’t optimize them (confirmed with the ShortPixel plugin developers) but despite me turning that option OFF, the theme keeps generating large thumbnails, like ‘DSCF4909-uai-3799×3799.jpg’. Can we get that bug fixed? Or can we have the theme register it’s ‘uai’ thumbnails metadata correctly, so that image optimizers could optimize them?
It actually creates the uai thumbnail that’s larger than the optimized image it generates it from! What a nasty bug!

Hi Undesign, yes it’s true that the content block works OK with IE, however whenever I enable revolution slider rather than a content block it does not show anything. Please see http://staging.orangecoastwebsites.com/ for example.
There seems to be some sort of JS interference and when I bought the template I read that it would be compatible with revolution slider, however it is not…

Thank you for the reply. I have followed your instructions identically and double checked everything, including activating Menu Options toggle, but I do not see a “button style” option no matter what I try. Can you do a quick video?
Okay, I have found the problem. It is with Popup Maker plugin, which you guys recommend here: https://undsgn.com/create-wordpress-popups/. I am running latest Popup Maker version 1.8.10. When deactivated, the button option shows now.
With this plugin activated, the button option is not available and instead there is only a “popup trigger” pulldown option.
Thank you for report, deactivate while you need to edit the menus. We’ll check if it’s possible to apply a fix.
Here’s what the Popup Maker support says:
“It means they need to update their theme to be compatible with other plugins that also add settings to the nav menu. We have docs outlining the changes they need to make, otherwise you can disable our menu editing settings via Popup Maker -> Settings.

It’s “funny” they say to us what we need to do, we simply say in these cases that simply two codes are not compatible, since they include more than 30,000 WordPress plugins and we don’t point the finger at anyone. However it seems to me that they already have a problem to solve the problem (a sign that maybe it’s not the first time they have these problems).
Not working. Says max_input_vars is still 1000 even when phpinfo clearly says 3000. Import demo went screw all jibberish then and html text is everywhere and all messed up.

max_input_vars => 12000 => 12000 può anche verificarlo usando la funzione phpinfo() in uno script php.
Probabilmente il valore che vede è quello di default del server, come sta verificando tale direttiva? le confermo che l’applicativo non sta verificando la configurazione PHP del suo account ma quella del server.
