It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

Please, first flush/remove the server cache and then deactivate it until you are in the development process and then remove the site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope you will not find any issue.

Pages > new Page. using wpbakery, add element row and split two column (1/2 + 1/2)—insert “Product Page” element in left column, add a product that has thumbnails/additional images and preview page. You will see that the main product image carousel does not have overflow control to right therefore it shows a full row of blank images on the preview and publish. I can not create my main design page with this issue. build: 4.11.7 How can this be fixed?

Really sorry for the inconvenience, I have just tested it at my end and finds the same issue, I am really thankful to you for notifying this issue to me, This is a WooCommerce element which is not working properly, I am forwarding this to the development department for testing in deep and fixing it with the future upcoming update of the Theme till that please be patience.

I found a small bug. When you add the whatsapp number under Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Social Links, the generated link goes wrong and goes nowhere. For example, if I add the number 123, it will generate the following link: whatsapp://send?Text=123. This is wrong, and even with a real number, it will not lead anywhere. According to the whatsapp documentation, the link should be https://wa.me/NUMBER. Same bug with the “Porto: Follow us” widget.

This is not the bug but the default functionality of the Theme, it only shows the Number in the Browser URL bar when you click on WhatsApp icon, If you want to change it with your own URL or want to redirect the user on WhatsApp when clicking on WhatsApp Icon, then you have to Customize the Theme Core files for it.

For Header and Single Product: You have to Customize the layout.php file under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/

Hi, I am using a web host having 1.5 CPU and 2GB RAM. Shared hosting. Is this enough to run Porto theme with Woocommerce at a good speed? Without cache plugins?

I have seen my friend use Porto on a similar server but he faces a lot of TTFB issues, like site waiting a lot before starting to load the first content. It goes up to 17 seconds to load the full page.

Yes, This Configuration is enough for using Porto WordPress with a Good Speed, and regarding Speed of the site it is not only related with server configuration, It is related with many factors, Like you have Optimized the Site Image properly or not, Like you have minified the CSS and JS properly or not, and Porto WordPress comes with the Default Functionality of Speed Optimization Wizard as well and we have a Pretty Good Article on Speed as well in which tested solutions are provided. So Hope you will not find any Speed Issue If you will use the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard :).

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

This may be because of the third party plugin confliction issue, Please check once after deactivating all the third party plugins from your site and then check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then you have to again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
