This is because of the cache nothing else, Please remove your server cache and then deactivate it until you are in the development process and then you have to remove the site cache and deactivate cache plugins until you are in the development process including AutoOptimize plugin as well and finally check your site after removing the browser cache of mobile, I am sure your issue will solve and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

About the portfolio, I was talking about the portfolio detail page. There is a extended version where I can add WP Bakery elements on top of the portfolio details. On this Page I would like to place the portfolio standard info between 2 other elements. That seems to be impossible.

This is because of the Wzone plugin and Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Wzone plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

It seems to me that you are avoiding a direct answer. So differently.

1. What is the difference between carousel on Homepage and carousel on Single Product Page? There is no doubt the difference.
2. Where do I select Kind of Carousel to be displayed on the Single Product Page? I don’t mean setting in theme (Woocommerce – Single Product, Product Archives). I mean “type – slider” (Page Builder)
3. If this simple option to customize the carousel to Single Product Page is not included in this theme, where is the code (css, script) that I can edit?

You have avoided a direct response with a link to a third-party product, but that is not at all related. Theme is set as it is set. On the Homepage, it displays the products in the box differently from the Single Product Page. And again – with the same theme settings. So?

1. Surely there is a difference, Home Page Carousel has been set using Porto element on your Home Page and you can edit it by editing the particular element and the Related Product Carousel on Single Product Page is an Archive Functionality and only be able to control with the Theme Options that I already notified you.

2. You have 2 Options, If you want to display the Carousel on Single Product Page then you have to edit every single product and use the same element (Porto Products or Porto Featured Products) that you have on your Home Page on every single product page, OR you can also create a Block by going into Blocks and add/insert/set the slider in it using particular element as per your requirements, then copy the block slug name by quick editing it, and then go to Products and edit every single product and Scroll below you will find view Options and under View Options you will find 5 Options to paste the particular Block slug name and you can paste it in anyone as per your requirements, It will work for you, Those 5 Options are: https://screenshot.net/dew63f4

3. You have to Customize it by Customizing the File related.php under wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/single-product as per your requirements.

I already mentioned both Carousels on Home Page and on Single Product Page are different.

There is a issue with background color at floating menu. In the settings the bg color is white but on the site after scrolling the bg is transparent. The7 version is 7.7.3. Sorry to say that but you can only install and use the Single License of the Theme on a Single Site/Domain at the single time, If you want to use the same Theme on 10 different Domains/Sites then you have to purchase the 10 different Licenses of the Theme, This is Envato Policy and with all the products on Envato Market, You may wish to confirm from them as well: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

I think you mis-understood it, Revolution Slider plugin is included in the Theme Package and you will find its update always with the Theme update. Now you can only use basic Functionality of the plugin but you can not use the Templates and Addons of the Plugin because of Envato Policy, If you want to use the Plugin Library or Addons you have to purchase the plugin license separately, This is Envato Policy and with all the products on Envato Market, You may wish to confirm from them as well: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

Porto is a great theme I am using it for about a year now. I noticed when you try to sell a bundled (multiple) digital product the download button(s) doesn’t appear but the links only. I prefer to have buttons instead of urls or suggest any work around.

You can only set/select the Pre-Built layouts of the single product pages given in Theme Options and you can configure then as well but you can not Customize them with using Theme Options you have to Customize then by editing the Theme Core Files as per your requirements.

Hello – when will the schema updates be pushed out on the theme? There are increasing errors in search console. I have seen others on there ask about this and a couple provide some of their own suggestions, but it would be helpful if you guys could fix or even provide an official solution that will remove all the errors for “Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified” and it’s also within the demo products for the theme. Can you please advise asap?? Thank you!!

We couldn’t add “offers”, “review”, or “aggregate rating” for the empty reviewed product.

That’s because it requires more than 0 review count and review stars.

So you need to input at least one review for all products to remove this warning.

This is not a bug. Warnings tell there is no review/rating for that product.

But we can’t fix 2 warnings even though we set review/rating for products.Brand and gtin, | isbn | mpn.

Hello, I have a problem with following Settings / Options Theme Options → Woocommerce → Single Product → “Sticky add to cart section”

I have a variable Product which shows a price range.

Sticky add to cart section – deactivated When Sticky add to cart section is deactivated it changes the price correctly and shows the right price depending which option you choose for the variable product. Good: Price is shown as expected Bad: No sticky add to cart section

Sticky add to cart section – activated But when “Sticky add to cart section” is activated it doesnt change the Price (on the Price section). It only shows the Price range, no matter if or what option I choose from my variable product. It only changes the Price on the sticky add to cart section. But I’m sure its not intended to work like that Good: Sticky add to cart section is visible with the right price Bad: The “normal” Price section does only show the price range.

with Sticky Add to Cart Activated when choose different variations it shows the particular price in Price Section as well. The issue is only on your site and this may be because of any third party plugin or the cache issue, Please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope you will not find the issue and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, OR also check that you are using the latest version of the Plugins and the Database of the WooCommerce is also updated on your site, otherwise please try to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you.
