Hi, I see porto is overriding Woo default order-tracking page. This has the effect of conflict with all advanced tracking plugins I have tried that work with woocommerce. Is there a way to deregister / stop porto overriding this default woocommerce page? I does not seem to add any additional functionality, only styling, but at the expence of additional functionality. Thanks

Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Product Sidebar, you will find a porto block widget set in it and under porto block widget you will find the block slug name: https://screenshot.net/4o9q6he

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and set the Product Layout as Default and save changes and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

I have a problem with mega menu. These settings have not existed since the installation of the theme on the site. I tried to install the demo. The demo site menu was displayed as a mega menu, but everything remained the same in the settings. After replacing it with my own menu, the demo settings menu disappeared.

Can you please make sure that there is no plugin confliction, Please once check after deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

when clicking on the porto studio icon, frontend or backend wp bakery editor, nothing happens. Everything updated to latest version with fresh WP install.

Please when clicks on Porto Studio Icon, you have to wait for a couple of seconds, It will appear on your site, and please remove your server, site and browser cache and deactivate it before trying again, I am sure your issue will solve.

Please go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme from there and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update all the plugins from there one by one.

It is the WooCommerce default element and is coming from WooCommerce plugin, you have to Customize the class-wc-shortcodes.php file under wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/ as per your requirements.
