I have purchased two licenses for the Bridge Theme and have written you many times in regard to the update of the theme on one of my websites.

I update the theme according your instructions, nothing on the website has changed, but the problem persists. Could you please tell me what could be the problem? It is kind of frustrating that each time I update the theme (since a few months ago), the website crushes (it worked fine for two years). I purchased the licences for this theme, because I trusted you and believed that the theme would have worked well. I have written you many times, but you keep sending me some general answers. Could you PLEASE help me with solving this issue? Because I have been unable to update the theme for months (consequentially I cannot update WooCommerce and some other plugins either).

Yes, this could be easily resolved. Just go to wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules/ and completely remove this folder envato-wordpress-toolkit and everything should be working fine after. Please, let us know. Thanks

That seems to work for Instagram but not Twitter. Is there something else I can do?
Thank you for this update. If you are connected to Twitter account but you are not able to see tweets in your widget area, just try to navigate to Appearance > Widgets and find the appropriate widget area containing the Twitter widget. In most cases, it is one of the Footer widget areas.
Inside the widget, you should set the Tweets Cache Time option to 604800 and click Save after you have done so.
It should be working well.

Hello! I use the Blog Chequered layout for my site, which I love the look of. However, when I hover over the article thumbnails on my home page, the overlay that appears is a semi-transparent black colour (as pictured in the link below).
I’d like to change that overlay to a solid (non-transparent) colour like yellow or white. How would I be able to do that?

According to the release notes the latest update made some changes to Qode News. On my site it overrides the Archive and Category Layout. How do I fix this? I prefer the simple Blog Large Image layout and Qode News is not allowing me to have this

Thanks for sharing your website link. Actually, if you are using news plugin then all posts/news archive pages will have the same layout. And how this is working was not changed in latest several updates. So, maybe you’ve updated from some really old version to this newest which is why you’ve noticed difference, but this is default behavior.

That means the demo you currently have for Music Magazine doesn’t properly display your themes functionality. What version do I have to go back to in order to match the demo you are currently displaying (new demo 92)? Also how do I roll back versions?

As we could see, you are using Destinations, and in that case, we could recommend to add rule from server side to redirect these two pages on homepage, and on that way, these two pages won’t be accessible.

Hi, Just installed the theme and imported the Pottery demo as I had seen there was a possibility to set up a “classes” page. However I couldn’t find any such template and I don’t want to use the “products” to feature my art classes. After major update 18+ we added Bridge Core plugin that is mandatory. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Mentioned labels are registered theme labels and you can translate those with poedit software, so you need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software https://poedit.net/, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/

After updating to latest version 18.2 i noticed that the inner pages have changed the .title_outer animate_title_area and added 1436px height on element style.
I have added some css code to override it but i would like to know the reason why this happened.

I figured that out, what i am asking is why the height after the update was set to 1436px. Didn’t have to set title height before.

That part was not changed int theme update. It is actually dynamically calculated using Header height area and some other params, since header is transparent.

Ok so why after update it was calculated. I am using theme for more that a year and never changed the title height through theme settings.
Actually this part was not change at all in last year. We are not sure why that happened on your installation. Maybe you’ve changed some other stuff, that are related to this, such as header/menu area.
