I have a quick question before I make another purchase. Does your “product page” support Visual Composer? Cuz I have noticed that when I tried to build a product page, some of themes don’t have the Visual Composer builder function on “product page”. Thank you in advance. Default shop page is actually a template that you set in WC > Settings > Products and it will always be displayed as a list with different number of columns. That is predefined in the template. You can change the appearance of the product list slightly from Qode Options > WooCommerce. Other than that, you can create a shop page that will not be default one, which will accept any WooCommerce shortcode and will be built manually.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Our client would like a website that’s very similar to https://www.realgrowth.co.za/.
From what we can see, the developer of this website used your Bridge theme, WPBakery Page Builder plugin and the WPBakery add-ons plugin (which we have now bought), in order to create the skew/sloped sections (columns) on the website.
We are struggling to get the skew/sloped sections (columns) to have the same look as the https://www.realgrowth.co.za/ website. Do you perhaps have any suggestions, as to how one could create the exact same effect, i.e. does one of your demos perhaps include the various skew/sloped sections?
I am not referring to the background images that includes the skew/sloped graphics, which we can recreate, I’m referring to the skew/sloped columns created via CSS coding (when inspecting the various skew elements on their website, you’ll see what I mean).

Have you thought about adding the option to add custom/different Logos to each page setting? This is a thing I miss the most for big projects for some clients.. and why I have to choose other themes in the end

Thank you for writing in with this suggestion. There are some workarounds, how you could get what you’re looking for. So, there are is option for using different logo per page, but if you choose for example to have Dark header skin by default, or just regular, and on that one specific page choose Light header skin, than light logo image will be applied just for that page https://www.screencast.com/t/QYfrHqM1P And in Qode Options > Logo you could upload totally different image for Light Header skin https://www.screencast.com/t/1OCvL3Nw05Rh We hope this will be ok for you.

Hello I installed the bridge theme with the fashion template demo. I have been going through the site changing out all the demo wording to my own content. I can not find where to change the “About the Author” static section that appears on the right hand side of the screen. This appears above latest post when you are looking on the right hand side of the screen on a desktop computer. I submitted two tickets but I felt like I might get a faster response here.

Hi there I was able to update the content and now for some reason it has reverted back to the old content. And now nothing is showing any more on the side bar. How did you reach it? I mean I downloaded the original featured image and the dimensions there are different (not 645X800). I need to resize my images at 645×800 and after uploaded them set them as featured or do you mean something differnt? thanks

We set those dimensions for Blog Gallery Loop template as you could see from this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/S5Qe9UnFMt So, you’ll need to upload images that are at least in this size or bigger, and then just do regeneration of thumbnails and everything should be resolved.

Hi there! I updated my theme, plugins, wordpress, etc, and it broke the links to my portfolio items. Now when I visit them, I get a 404 error both from the permalink in the portfolio item and from the link in the masonry grid. Any thoughts for how to fix this?

Hi, some of my site’s pages (https://composharing.it) simply don’t show some content: the Home page, for instance, randomly shows a black image instead of a slideshow, the CHI SIAMO page as well.

I think it is the preview mode of themeforest. Looked the theme up on the website and it worked. Although loading time was slow since there are so mang demos haha 
Glad to hear it is working well now. Thank you for the update. Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality.
