Hi,
I’m having an issue with my menu on https://catherinelutherweddings.com/. It has dropped down in position on every page without me altering the settings.
Previously it was in line with the logo and all menu settings are as they should be so I’m not sure what has caused this change throughout the site?
There is often a delay in positioning so when you first visit the page it is correctly positioned at the top but then 5 or so seconds after loading the menu moves down to a different position.

I have a problem with the onepage (https://rotuloslasrozas.es). When I am on a page other than home (for example: https://rotuloslasrozas.es/galeria-de-rotulos/) and through the menu I return to some module of the home (for example: https://rotuloslasrozas.es / # galeriaderotulos) is blocked (see: http://prntscr.com/p5r34v). It only works correctly in the case of refreshing the page later or if I am logged in as an administrator.
Any idea how I can fix it?

If you configured anchor items well, with whole link to that part, then it should be working well. Yes, everything looks ok with configuration. Maybe you should try to disable minifying of js files of that cache plugin and then check this again

Hello, I’ve been having a problem with my ‘qode_theme_menu’ page from within my wordpress dashboard. Right now, only the General tab works. All the others like Logo, Header, Footer, Title, Fonts, Elements, Sidebar, Page, Blog, Portfolio, etc, return an error message when I click. The error message reads “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
This wasn’t always the case and this problem has affected the way my website displays on mobile devices. Any idea what could be causing this problem? Thanks for your help.

Hello! I’d use a little help with an issue I have.

for example in the image of the moon with written “trailer” there’s an anchor that should bring at a certain point at the same page. The anchor itself works if i paste in the browser, but in-page it doesn’t work. The same link works if i use a text with link, the problem seems to be anchor with image. Is there a way I can make it work? Thanks so much!

This is not a basic usage of anchor links which are made to work with menu items, but there is a workaround.
First you have to set Anchor ID for each section (Row) that you want to create a link to:
https://monosnap.com/file/dczZP8vguJDyo5WOQcMBXBcwRSsiyBUse small letters, no spaces for IDs. Some users tend to enter ID in the Row ID field, which is a mistake – the Row ID field should be empty and the ID should be entered in Anchor ID field only.
Set unique Anchor ID like this for each row (section) that you want to create a link to.
Your button link should have the appropriate Anchor ID and # in front, so the URL should be like this:
http://www.examplesite.com/#teamFor this to work, element for the button should have the class ‘anchor’. To add this class, do the following:
Go to edit the row that contains the button(s) and add the extra class ‘add_anchor_link’:

Hello! I am looking for a theme to set up a little business, no eCommerce but I know you support Woo anyway. I’ve not used Wordpress much and the last time I did I just fully gave up because I got lost as I usually work with HTML. However, I’ve looked at a few of the demos and they’re great. I’ve noticed that page transitions don’t appear to work when the site has an SSL certificate installed.
They work fine on standard http:// sites – but https – they just don’t work.

I managed to resolve it – but it’s still acting strangely. Now – when the page transitions – the row separators plugin I use doesn’t load in the angled rows after the transition. Very strange

As we could see you are using old version of our theme 17 although you’ve installed Bridge Core plugin. So, try first to update our theme and all plugins to latest versions. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Hi There – All updated, but I’m encountering the same problem. I load the first page – click on the menu to navigate to another page – the fade transition occurs – and the row seperators disappear.
I also had some communication from the row separator developer who pointed me to this:
This happens because our plugin’s initialization isn’t called after your theme’s ajax animations.
