I remark there is an issue with new demo shop 26 with firefox, when i add icon in menu.

Just tested our Live Demo Shop 26 on all of these browsers and do not finds this issue as showing in the below given screenshots, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else or please make sure that you are testing it on the very latest version of the browsers.

I do search in all settings, not find where to remove it from my sites. We must have right to remove that from our site, or is it a rule to include, and promote?
As i told above, this is the new design you add, new demo shop 26. I go to header builder (http://prntscr.com/p6jw1x), but no place there to remove. In menu, there is no Mobile menu there. In theme settings, the same.
For now, i can not remove my support, as i do not have money. and this seems to be a bug, not normal, as all your updates, there is always option, but this, maybe you just forget, or it is me, who leave, or miss something

There is no issue is the Theme, I have tested it at my end on my test site and all working fine, the issue is only on your site and we have to debug your site for finding and solving the issue on your site, and for that you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 11/06/2016. I want to make a website to sell zippers. This item has a large selection of colors and to make it easier to select I need a theme with the function found on the following picture and website link:

From the picture you can see the consumer is able to select multiple items with each having different quantities and add all to the cart at once
This works well on mobile too, take a look on your phone.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible to add all to the cart at once, you have to use any third party plugin for it.
Using Porto WordPress you can create multiple variations of the product with different images for each variation as showing in this video: https://jmp.sh/Fd7K6ti

Is there anyway to order events? I have some events with dates, but, I would like them in order of oldest to newest, i.e 25th sept before 29th sept. Also, it doesnt matter if i select grid or list it seems to be grid display on the front end, thanks

I want to ask a question before buy this theme. when i check this theme on iphone 6s https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop22/ the mobile menu is not scrolling down. I check other a few demos and i see the same problem. I can’t scroll down in the mobile on mobile menu. Is that a bug?

If you check any of the Demo on the latest version of the iPhone and Safari 11+ and also on any Android Mobile phone you will not find this issue, This issue only occurs in an older version of the iPhone and Safari browsers because of the latest CSS properties do not work well with old browsers, and this is already the known issue and we will fix it with the upcoming update of the Theme as well.

It seems to be the server or site cache plugin issue, Please once contact with your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to first flush and then deactivate all sorts of server cache from your site for a while till you are in the development process and then you have to remove the site cache and deactivate the cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope you will not find this issue, If yes then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Please ask your mate to make sure that your mate is using the latest version of the Theme If not then your mate must have to update the Theme to the very latest version and the issue will solve.

Yes, Obviously we do not know all the languages so we and also all the Themes uses Google Translate as a tool for translating the Theme Language Files, and if you want to change anything you can easily change it by translating it into the given Theme language po file, and that customer has not shared the files yet with us.
