This issue occurs when you have used the same purchase code more then 100 times, or tried to use the same code again and again, which is against Envato policy, you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single site/domain, This is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

1. All the plugins used for the Shop Demo 22 are included in the Theme Package and you will get all of those with the Theme Package and Multi-Vendor plugin we have used for it is Dokan also included in the Theme Package.

2. No, Not required any Premium plugin.

3. Yes, WP Bakery, Slider Revolutions are included in the Theme package.

4. Porto WordPress is super fast and fully optimized as well, Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well, also you can turn OFF the elements not using on your site from there which removes the CSS/JS of those elements to run on your site which makes your site faster as well :).

5. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not check the backend before purchasing the Theme.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Fixed is CSS property and it has its own impact, So if you want to set the Header Type as Fixed, You have to set it first and then set the Header elements as per your requirements, Otherwise, It requires Customization.

As you know that there are hundred’s of Languages spoken in the World, So we do not know all the languages, we and all the other Themes used Google Translate to translate the Theme Language files, So after purchasing the Theme you have to contact us via our support system, we will provide you the Arabic Language Theme files and if you want to change any word translation, you can easily change it by changing it into the providing Language files as per your requirements.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme and WooCommerce Options, That is the Short Description section and you can only change/remove/insert the data to show there from Short Description Section of the product page: https://screenshot.net/ko15ru4

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Setting >> Account’s & Privacy and check “yes” below given both options and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

I am looking for an e-commerce theme with 2 sections, one for individual visitors and one for business visitors.

Each individual visitor must be able to create an account and access a member area where they can fill in their personal information, register a payment method and download the complete catalog of products for sale.

Each professional visitor can register via a registration form. An administrator will have to accept or not the access to the professional zone. To connect to this zone, the professional visitor must indicate an identifier and a password. The professional visitor will have access to the same back office as the individual visitors but the prices will be different for the professional clients.

The product catalog must be updated automatically when adding a new product in the back office.

Can your theme integrate all these features?

Just to know if can be due Porto theme any config or not. I have updated latest version of WPML Translation management 2.8.7

- At the moment to enter in Admin panel it denies me the entering “experiencing technical problems” and in the 2nd time let me enter ok.

1st time enter: ...wp-login.php?loggedout=true 2nd time enter: changes me automatically the url to …/wp-admin/ and let me enter.

- When I save products sometimes redirects me to a page “technical problems”.

1. Regarding: “experiencing technical problems”, Please turn on your WP Debug mode and you will find the issue on your screen, and it will help you in notifying the exact path of the issue, so please turn ON the debug mode and contact us via our support system so we will check it for you.

2. Sorry to say that but this does not relate to Porto WordPress Theme, as you told that with particular plugin Installed, and also the functionality of the payment is also provided by the particular plugin so this is because of the plugin JS files, it takes time to retrieve and submit the data, I suggest you contact the particular plugin Author, Plugin Author will suggest you more and properly about it.

We have not tested Porto WordPress Theme like this, If you want you can try this.

As per I know, there must be some design and CSS changes will occur but the functionality will not disturb. You can take the complete backup of your site before doing this for security purpose, If in case any issue will occur, then you will have the backup of your site.

Porto WordPress Theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin, and stripe and PayPal are WooCommerce extensions so surely it will work with those extensions as well.

A lot of our customers are using Stripe Apple pay plugin with Porto WordPress Theme on their sites without an issue but some times if you require more which is not related to Theme and related to plugin then is requires Customization.

I remark there is an issue with new demo shop 26 with firefox, when i add icon in menu.

I do search in all settings, not find where to remove it from my sites. We must have right to remove that from our site, or is it a rule to include, and promote?

As i told above, this is the new design you add, new demo shop 26. I go to header builder (http://prntscr.com/p6jw1x), but no place there to remove. In menu, there is no Mobile menu there. In theme settings, the same.

I want to make a website to sell zippers. This item has a large selection of colors and to make it easier to select I need a theme with the function found on the following picture and website link:
