We’re using bridge theme in our store, and we’re having problems with jquery in safari.
We add a script in general tab option to fix a problem we’ve seen (when page is loaded we saw first product of carousel cutted), in chrome and firefox works fine, but in safari don’t.
Any idea why?

Hi, it appears there is no automatic WPBakery update included in the last Bridge update. Without it, Guthenberg can’t be disabled and the site is UNUSABLE. Can you push the update through? This is NOT a good reason to ask a customer of multiple copies of the them to purchase support!

There is no need to extend support for this. WPbakery released compatibility with new WordPress in version 5.7 And in latest Bridge release, we included latest 6.0.5 version of Wpabkery page builder. Hello, I would like to see the Listing Categories that I have created in the Single Listing editing areas, however, when I scroll down to the Listing Meta Box area this field is not appearing. I have gone into Listings > Settings and ticked ‘Enable Listing Categories, plus determined the Category Filter Type, however, the meta box still only offers ‘Listing Type’ in the General Settings. Please help as I’ve read through many comments and can’t find the solution.

Hello – On gtmetrix, I have a number of callouts from your theme to log.pinterst.com, syndication.twitter.com, etc. which seem to add additional time to full page load. I’m not using social media so wondering how to remove these to help my performance.

I am having issues where no images will load on the page unless the page is reloaded. Sliders and other content show up but no images. I submitted a support tickets 3 days ago and haven’t heard back and in the meantime I have to keep my site on maintenance mode. PLEASE HELP!

I migrated a site over that was working fine and now I cannot upload any images. When I switch to default WP 2018/17 theme I can tho. What happened? I have to update the theme but the last time we did a few months back it reset ALL of the settings on the site. Dont want that to happen again.

Updated – fixed the Bridge core error – Now the logo will not show up – regardless of the style header we use or logo size. One problem solved and another occurs. Please help

Yes, you are able to import demo content on your installation and to add your desired elements instead ours there. On that way you could easily create your content (just replace text and images), or you could also add other elements using WPbakery page builder that is our main page builder and has drag&drop feature. So, you don’t need to have coding knowledge at all. When it comes to elementor, we didn’t create compatibility for it yet, but it is in our plans for future updates. You could translate our theme to Portugues or to create multilanguage website. All plugins that are required for our theme came bundled within our theme. If there is any other doubt, we are here.

Hello. I purchased this theme but am not receiving updates to it. My theme (Bridge) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files have to be updated to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce, and the current theme updates will correct this issue. No, we added option to upload logo as image. So, you could create your logo image using any desired font and then upload it as image. Or you could try to modify it with custom css. To hide an image and to add Letters instead.

We have Connected with Instagram in Social, but I am not able to see latest photos on site. It was working good yesterday when I connect Insta first time. But now photos of Insta (bottom of site) no longer shows. I also tried Disconnect – Reconnect but not working now.

Make sure that you connected to your Instagram account as explained here. If your posts aren’t displaying, you can try resetting Instagram from your database. To reset Instagram:
1. Log into your WordPress dashboard. In the URL, type in options.php after wp-admin/, so that it looks similar to this:

I’m having an issue with my menu on https://catherinelutherweddings.com/. It has dropped down in position on every page without me altering the settings.
Previously it was in line with the logo and all menu settings are as they should be so I’m not sure what has caused this change throughout the site?
There is often a delay in positioning so when you first visit the page it is correctly positioned at the top but then 5 or so seconds after loading the menu moves down to a different position.
