I have updated to Bridge 18.2 but I am unable to update Layer Slider 6.9.2 it is saying that License activation is required to receive updates.
Isn’t v6.9.2 included with Bridge 18.2? Do I have to purchase a license to update the plugin?

In latest Bridge update is added 6.7.6 version of Layer Slider, and when it comes to Revolution Slider, that we assume you are looking for, it is 6.0.9 After that, Revolution slider released new update that will be part of our next theme update. There is no need to buy separate licence for these sliders since those came bundled within our theme. Hi there. I just installed Bridge on a site of mine, imported all demo content successfully, but within a few minutes, the Revolution Slider on the home page completely disappeared. I can go in to edit the slider but there’s an empty box and when I click to edit, the plugin just freezes. This is Rev Slider 6.X. Is there a fix for this?

We’ve used html5 video for row background and some touch devices have support for html5 video standard and some do not, therefore we disabled video for all of them. I tried doing what was said here about WP Bakery and GoDaddy problems – https://qode.ticksy.com/article/11730/ – neither worked. I updated WP Bakery, still nothing. I can do everything in the backend except edit a page. When I try, it says connection lost. And then my site won’t even work at all for about 5 minutes. I do host with GoDaddy. Do you have any other suggestions? I am currently using it for our own site and 2 clients. And I was about to use it for a third, but not so sure anymore.

Thanks for sharing website link. As we could see, you are using old version of our theme. You’ll need to update our theme and included plugins to latest version. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin that is mandatory and after you could update other of our plugins. You’ll see message about this plugin in your dashboard and just follow it in order to install it https://www.screencast.com/t/n8dhuezqWe0 Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. I didn’t work and I got an email from WordPress saying there is an error with my theme. After I updated, I tried to edit an image on a page and just got Connection Lost again. Takes a few minutes before my site will load any page after that. Here is the email from WordPress:

Please, note that in latest WPBakery update they cahnged place of loading of that custom css part. So, you could either add !important, or use page-id selector first in order to apply css you’ve added. So, this is not related to us and there is no other way to assist you. It’s not custom.css. Your min.css . wpb_content_element, it’s overwriting .vc_custom_{element} (this case: .vc_custom_1524088618822), margin set in element options css box.
