I really like your Agency demo. But I have a couple of concerns before purchasing.
1- In mobile, character color isn’t really black, which makes it hard to read; it looks more like grey. Will I be able to make it more black?
2- Characters look small. Is it possible to increase the size?
Do you have examples of both, the way I describe them?

1. The colors of the theme can be changed and that is not a big deal.
2. Of course, we have the typography manager where you can set all the font sizes all over the site how you want.

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.

Hello, good afternoon.
Two years ago I bought the Kalium Theme to set up my personal webpage, but in the end I decided not tu use it. At this moment I have to make a new web to a collegue and I would like to use the theme I’m not using. The thing is when I try to activate it says
“This purchase code has been used in another domain!”
I just tryed but is not in use really. I want to Know if its possible to sort this out. I’d reallly apreciate if you could. Thank you!!

Hello,
I need to change the product registration from my old domain – http://arunantony.co to my new domain – http://pulsedesign.in. I no longer use and unable to access my old domain as the hosting for my old domain got expired. Hence I am unable to manually deactivate the license.

Installation for this theme is not very good. I had to build a full new instance of Wordpress to get any of the demo content to show. For Agency specifically a bunch of the images aren’t the same as the demo content. Any of the pages that are published beyond the Home page throw a 404 error despite being “published” on Wordpress. Would not have paid the $60 if I knew it was going to take me this amount of time to install a premium theme. I use the documentation, I installed all of the plugins, updated them.

I am very interested to buy Kalium Theme, because of pre-built Bookstore theme. I have around 100 books to add to catalog. I wonder If I could add books by ISBN number or should I enter each book’s information such as; Author, Title, Publication, etc manually?

I have a question. My theme has expired. If I renew the support would I have the additional extensions (plugins) updated? such as “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Slider Revolution” Otherwise I don’t find worth 42.00 for Themeforest + about 45.00 for the WP Bakery to be updated.

Plugins included in the theme have been and will always be available for free when the new updates are released.
The support subscription is only if you need support from our team in the support center, so you won’t need to renew the support if you don’t need support from us.

I would like to de-register the Kallium theme from https://holdmycrumpet.co.uk/ and re-use the theme on another domain.
I know my licence for the theme is only for 1 domain which is why I want to stop using it on https://holdmycrumpet.co.uk/ and start using it on a new domain.

Please can you de-register my licence for the dev.domain it is currently linked to so I can activate it on the main site. I have de-registered it and deleted it form that site but the new site still won’t allow it to activate and the dev.domain is still assigned. Thanks.

With Kalium you will get a free copy of WPBakery Page Builder, this copy does not include support for the plugin and auto-plugin updates. Plugin updates will be included remotely in our server so you can update the plugin by going to Appearance > Install Plugins area.
Also the refund is possible for all the themeforest items but if user requests a refund it will be validated.

Kalium is the best
2 questions: 1) I try to register Kalium for a client and got the puchase code. It seems only possible to register via the website and then login to Envato. Because we are on another location it’s very difficult to manage to register because of envato IP security. Is there another way? 2) How to change search into another language. is a manual available?
2 recommendations that are really missing and clients ask for this: 1) Add topbar option above the main menu in header. With option for a field left and right. Would be great as widget option. 2) Option to remove sidebar at posts. 3) Option to export Typography settings It’s possible to make ourselves but not really out of the box. Other main multi purpose themes have these options. It’s already the best theme around, but with this it would be outstanding.

2— Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way I can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
As for the recommendations:
1— We will offer this feature soon, so stay tuned
2— We offer the option to remove sidebar in the blog page or in the posts pages, but an option to remove sidebar for an individual post is not possible.
3— That option is possible as well in the Typography area (read more).

I like the look of Kalium… , but some more pre-purchase questions:
1. When I insert images into a page (post) will be the image size (file size) automatically decreased, especially in the post, or I need to optimize the image size first by myself (page load speed). I’ll give an example of a google blogger, I can insert 1.8 MB picture in the post and blogger reduces the size of the image for example to 300 KB. 2. Am I able to use lightbox in the post? 3. Can I configure by myself after how many posts comes “show more” button? 4. Is Your theme compatible with Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft plugin (post comments and contact form, version 3)? 5. As I understand, then You suggest WPbakery page builder internal contact form (contact form 7 is not related to Kalium design) and it`s compatible with google recaptcha v 3?

1— You can choose if you want to use original size, large, medium, thumbnail etc.
2— Yes that is possible, when you press an image in a blog post it will open in a lightbox by default, but you can disable that functionality if you want too.
3— Yes you can
4— I haven’t tested this plugin but I think that it should work with Kalium too.
5— Kalium supports CF7 too.

Thanks for quick reply. Should I worry about loading speed. If I test for example- https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/ in Google PageSpeed Insights, then the result is not the best…

I did the last plugin update (Thursday) and today I see that the projects in my portfolio appear empty, the images are fine on the e-portfolio page but when you enter each project there is nothing just the title of the project and social networks. losses. And when I updated, I checked and everything was working, and not today.

Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

OK, OK … thanks for the reply. I bought the theme for a long time so I no longer have support and the theme no longer has exceptional tricks when the plugins do not work properly. We solve the problem by recovering BackUp and updating theme and plugins. Now everything is in order again.

Yes that option is possible if you use WPBakery Page Builder element called Masonry Portfolio (see screenshot). Or by using Masonry Portfolio in the Parameters and Options area.

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Name Description Kalium-Full-Package Stylesheet is missing.

That was happening because you were trying to install the zip package that you downloaded from themeforest with all the files. You must install in the Wordpress just the theme .zip file. For more informations please read this article Error: “The theme is missing style.css stylesheet”.

That is happening because we haven’t used any DNS service or any caching plugin in our demos because we wanted to show to clients the theme as it is. If you make some very small server improvements and use DNS service and a caching plugin your site easily can achieve A or B+ score
