The sticky scroll amount is not working on Woocommerce shop pages. I saw a comment about this and have set the scroll amount on individual pages but this does not work on Woocommerce shop or single product pages. What can we do to get the sticky amount to work on those pages?

Sticky Scroll amount defined in global settings will be applied on all pages. Just make sure that amount you’ve set is enough for same pages that don’t have much content inside, such as product pages.

Your global setting is not working at all. I read another post that y’all were going to be fixing it in the next version so in the meantime how do i resolve it for Woocommerce pages?

Hi guys, after updating to the latest 18.2, some pages are not loading up anymore.
I have done this before but maybe I have missed a step:
- I did update the wordpress. - I did update the theme. - I did update the plugins. - I did update the php to 7.3.
Have I missed something?

We have checked versions and all are up to date. We checked some of your pages, and all are loaded fine. We could see, you’ve made some changes in our theme, but everything still looks ok. So, if there is any issue visible on your side still, we could suggest to try to go to Qode Options > General > Page transitions and to set No animation since there could be conflict with some third party plugin you are using.

I have readed all documentation… that’s why before i buy i would like to know if we have posibility to add form in frontpage to submit automatically testimonials. It’s useless if doesn’t have… this are not testimonials ... testimonials must be submitted by customers not by us. Right?

just fixed by using an image with 2 logos. thanks. now i need to import a slider from another website (wich is also slider revolution and is updated), but it keeps getting the incompatibility error because your template use another version.

hi guys, i’m looking at your theme with a lot of interest for a new client. I have some questions for you. 1 – In the documentation I found nothing about the child theme. I would like to know if the child theme is always in the package and if once I have installed the parent theme and activated the child theme I will be able to perform updates in ftp or with envato toolkit without losing the changes made. 2 – Chapter PHP setting, it is necessary “Create a simple Text Document and place the following content in the site folder?” 3 – Does the theme have libraries of single blocks to be called with visual composer or can you only install demos or complete pages? 4 – In some demos I noticed that the instagram widget in the mobile version puts in the column the number of requested IG posts. 1) Child theme is part of package you are getting from Theme Forest and here is one article from our HelpCenter about it https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002248997-What-Is-A-Child-Theme-And-How-To-Install-It Yes, if you are using child theme, you could still do theme updates normally. 2) Could you, please, explain this further more? 3) Our main page builder is WPBakery page builder and it came bundled within our theme. We included a lot of powerful elements into it. So, you could of course import our demo content on your installation and easily edit our content and add your own instead, but you could build your pages from scratch using drag&drop WP bakery. 4) We need further explanation about this, too? May we ask you to share some demo website where you noticed any issue with us, so we could check it closer? Thanks

After updating the bridge theme to version 18.2 (from 13.2) the child theme is not working anymore – blank screen with
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare qode_excerpt() (previously declared in …/themes/bridge-child/functions.php:70) in …/themes/bridge/includes/qode-fallback-helper-functions.php on line 148
Obviously updating gets in conflict with my child themes function.php. Can you please give me a hint, how to solve this?

As we could see you’ve overridden this function for excerpt in your child theme, and you are able to continue using the same function, just need to change name of it into bridge_qode_excerpt, since we changed functions prefixes from qode to bridge_qode in our major 18 update. Hi there. Lovely theme. I am on the verge of buying it however I have a query over the mobile responsiveness. I would like to use the demo/version of Bridge that has the Slider on the homepage, however when squeezed down to mobile this doesn’t scale very effectively, and ends up being a) quite small and b) the text can outsize the slider box. Is there any way to not have the slider show on mobile, or to change the shape of the slider element when it displays on mobile (i.e. a square or portrait sliding box would more effectively use the space). At the moment that slightly unfortunate gap between the slider and the other posts is the only thing delaying my purchase. Hope you can help! Thanks

Or it could be forced to be higher but in that case you’ll need to have images with that aspect ration to have bigger height then width and then the same appearance will be shown on desktop, too. Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday I’ve moved one website from one server to another. After moving the ftp files and the database I’ve had a hard time getting the site as functional as before.
After trying and editing lots of things (and updating the theme) it’s almost as functional as before. I do however get a lot of JavaScript and Ajax errors when switching pages.
Somehow, it even broke the JavaScript in the Wordpress CMS. The suggested solution mentioned in this ticket fixed it for now though … but Visual Composer is still missing. [https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/20835/javascript-not-working-in-admin]
I honestly don’t know why it’s such a hassle migrating a Wordpress site with this theme since I’ve moved a lot of Wordpress websites before. I’ve tried it 3 times and still the same issues appear. At this moment I don’t feel like the website is stable because all the temporary fixes I’ve applied.
What can I do to get the site up and running like it used to?

I noticed google recently started sending out emails saying to fix video markup. Using your theme here https://aperina.com/blog/multicultural-wedding-at-fairmont-san-francisco-and-san-jose-gurdwara/ we can put a video into the header (when we set the post type as video and add the url into the Video ID field). This works well, however the markup data for SEO that google is requesting can only be updated in the theme. Can you let me know if this is something that you guys will be updating?
