How do I use % instead of PX in the design options for the pages. The % symbol seems to be ignored, is this really not an option? Am I stuck with PX only?

Please, note that WPBakery changed place of loading custom css per page and this effected all user’s websites including our demo websites, too. We wrote them to revert back to old behavior, but we din’t get affirmative response. So, the only way is to add your custom css code with !important but also with stronger css selector. I understand what is the problem and that you relay in a third party plugin, but what is the solution? So can’t we use margin-bottom anymore? What about the pages we have already created? Do we need to change it manually?
You should warn your users about this condition before updating to last WP Bakery version… in my case I only have dozens of pages, I don’t want to imagine how this hurt to people with hundred of pages.
How could I get the previous WP Bakery version?

Feel free to open wp-content/themes/bridge/css/stylesheet.css and search for this part of code you’ve quoted in previous reply and just remove it in that case if you already have so many pages where you are overriding it. I removed that part before contacting you, it solved the issue in some rows but then some undesired margins appeared in others. So not really a solution… how did you fix it? Just avoiding margin-bottom and replacing all margin-bottom for padding-bottom?
You should offer a new release with WP Bakery previous version until you or they fix this issue.
And you definitively should add a note in your documentation that in the current version margin-bottom doesn’t work. It will save lots of headaches to your clients.

After your theme update I still seem to be getting issues with pages ‘losing connection’ on the backend WP Bakery page builder.
Looking at waterfall / dev tools this seems to be down to ajax-admin.php calls hanging…
Is this an issue you know of?
Also – in terms of the new support site (no longer Ticksy) do we have to create a new login or are the usernames / passwords ported from Ticksy?

Great theme! I’m about to purchase Bridge in order to build a website with a directory on it.
Does the listing function for this theme have an option for business owners to submit their listing (on the front end of the website, via a form)?
I would review then details and tweak it if needed and upload the listing to the directory.

Just to clarify my scenario: - I’d like to just create a form where people can fill out their business listing on a form on the front end of the website (without needing to log in) - I will get notified of the new listing submission via e-mail - Then I would potentially edit the submitted listing and simply press a button to upload it as a new listing to the directory
From what I’m understanding, the above demo: - Requires people to create an account to submit a listing?

I have some questions regarding the business directory (city listing demo). It now appears that it is a job listing rather than a business directory. Is that correct?
My aim is to create a business listing for individual shops in a shopping centre. They are pretty straightforward requiring 1 image (logo), trading hours, address location along with a (google) map, phone number and link to their instagram.
I’ll create categories such as “Women’s” “Men’s” “Health” “Food & Drink” etc. So these will be shown in grid form on the “Directory” page.
Now everything for the listing seems to revolve around “job listing”.
Are you able to please help me with this? Am I able to submit a private ticket somewhere via Ticksy?

Social Icons are not showing correctly on Google Chrome in Desktop. Instead of the correct social icon, it’s just a square box. The icons show on mobile and safari device but just not the Chrome browser? I have cleared the cache on browser.

Yes, we have in plan including FA 5 into Bridge theme, however we’ve stumbled across some integration issues, which would affect some users and we’re working that out. We don’t know the exact release date, but version 5 is definitely in plan for some future Bridge updates. At the moment we could suggest to use image in this case where you will add this exact icon as image.

I purchased the theme, and need support assistance but your ticksy site isn’t working (the “submit ticket” button isn’t visible). I’m trying to add a widget to the website that will display a pop-up window when a button is clicked.
I need to add this functionality to the "book now" button in the header of the website as well as to a the "get started" button near the top of the page. I've tried everything, but I cannot get it to work.
However, I am able to link to regular text and get the the pop-up to appear (I just can’t get the pop-up to appear when a button is clicked).

I would like to add a “PLAY” icon over the video thumbnails in the portfolio type: “Portfolio Gallery”, so the user knows which items are video, w/o having to hover over each thumbnail.
Also, choosing the thumbnail format (original / square / portrait / landscape) does not properly fix the gallery thumbnails.
