Meanwhile, you can fix it by editing the wp-content/plugins/raven/includes/modules/custom-scripts/module.php file, you need to comment out the lines 23-27 as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/pjhoo0

You have jupiter popUp, jupiter block, jupiter Woo builder, jupiterXy .. but you do not have Woocommerce products slider

Is it possible to run in 500 products without using Woo Builder and does not have 6 columns of 6 edits? We need 4 columns and 150 editors for example.

Please take our apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to select the number of products in Shop Customizer, the number of rows and columns can be set only. In this case you need to use Jet Woo Builder.

Can I use this in a website building app that I’m creating where all the end users have access to the theme and can use it on their individual website through a subdomain install?

The theme is GPL and you can use it as a website building app. But the templates and plugins are not GPL and not possible to use on different domains. In case it’s all happening on a single domain with subdomains and folder installations, that’s fine and no need to provide the extra licenses. But if your users are using completely different domains, they will need to provide a license for each domain in case they want to use any of our templates or plugins.

Sorry to bother you. I have one question for which I don’t know the answer. Maybe you can help. I have a password protected post and featured image won’t work there. Is there any way in Jupiter to fix this? Currently this specific post is using some logo image by default and I don’t want that. Any idea? Thanks.

Sigh. Another problem.
I’m using one of your own demo templates, and when I click “edit” on the particular element in elementor, it bugs out and doesn’t work.
The element doesn’t allow for any editing when I click “edit”, the entire elementor column on the left is grey, like nothing is happening.
I literally have 4 things on my homepage.
A sticky header. A blog showcase. A blog feed. A footer.
And it’s breaking.
This is not the Jupiter I remember. I raised a comment on my latest ticket on this an hour ago. Can someone investigate? Tks.

Having another problem with Jupiter X theme.
Categories are screwing up on a new website I am building, for some reason adding a new “category” to a post just doesn’t work right.
It creates the category, and the URL of the post changes, but if I click the new URL goes to an error page. If you edit the URL to add the old category, the post works.
I’ve purged website caches, my server caches, the problem persists.
I’ve checked the permalinks settings (even changing these and re-saving them in case something screwy is happening here), but the problem persists.
Not sure what’s going wrong.
I raised a support ticket (#97182) but after waiting 6 hours with no reply, figured someone on here has maybe had a similar issue, or has advice for me to fix this.
Be great to get your input.
BUMP. It’s now the following day, and there’s only a few hours until we shut down for the day here in Asia. Be great if someone could take a look and advise.
Ok, problem is now resolved thanks to your support team.
Seems an old recommended plugin from the Jupiter Theme was causing the issue. Disabling this plugin and the old page builder you guys used to have us use with Jupiter fixed the problem and it’s working now.

More information about my query:
When I select the “pre-built header” option, style 3, I can use the “side dashboard” correctly, but if I am using the “header builder” option, then add a “Navigation” element, so the hamburger menu always opens in “full screen” mode and I can’t find the option to define it as “side dashboard”.

Unfortunately Header Builder doesn’t have Side Dashboard option, only Full Screen. In this case you have to use pre-built header style instead of the header builder. Thank you for understanding.
