Hi, the latest Bridge theme is having compatibility issues with the latest Beaver Builder. The Beaver Builder elements only show on page after refreshing. Also when editing the page, Beaver Builder is not responding. I use Beaver Builder with other themes and it has not had any of these issues, and I also believe it worked fine before the updates. Is there a quick fix to this?

Please, note that our main page builder is WPbakery page builder and it came bundled within our theme. We integrated a lot of our powerful shortcodes into it and it is why this plugin is required. We didn’t test other content builders so we cannot provide you with any tips, but we are currently working on integration with Elementor.

Hey Guys, I am having trouble with a header but only on a certain page. The place where I edit the header background on the other pages is also on this page but its showing a double header… not sure why. Hi. Is it possible to make the maximum width of the website content narrower/smaller? I am hoping to achieve how it would look when viewed at about 80/90% zoom, with a bit of extra space around outside, and allowing for slider to sit more easily in screen space. However I want to retain the responsiveness so that the content fits well on mobile and tablet. Is this possible? Thanks

I am trying to import a new demo to make some tests and when I use the import attatchment option it get stucks to 10%. Without Attachments it goes to 100%. the settings are max_execution_time 300 , max_input_time 240 , max_input_vars 5000 , memory_limit 256M , post_max_size 256M, upload_max_filesize 64M ,
I have imported demo to this server before without problem. The problem appeared now
I suppose that it is problem of the demo No 28 Wireframey. I tried another demo and it imported smoothly.

Quick Question, is there a max number of items on the Horizontal Timeline? I’ve got about 30 things on the timeline and the timeline is squished to the left and does not line up properly. All titles are overlapping.

I have the left menu setup with Rev Slider but the Rev Slider wont center to the grid it only centers to the whole page

Yes, it is centering the whole page since it is working as layer below the menu, and usually customers are setting transparent left menu area in that case. So, on the top, when you have Rev Slider, left menu area will be transparent but below on scrolling you could make it with solid color.

When updating (using Envato Market Single Item Token) to the latest Bridge version all goes well , apart from one required plugin: layerslider. I keep getting the following error: License activation is required to receive updates. Please read our online documentation to learn more. TGMPA v2.6.1. Please advise.

I’m aware that it should not be necessary, but somehow during the upgrade of layerslider it keeps asking for it (all other bridge components upgraded without a problem, as mentioned before). That’s why I opened this comment/ticket.

Hello, I purchased your theme and the extended support, but your ticksy site is not working! I have a row with Qode elements holder set up for 4 columns. I need to keep the columns at the same height, but I can’t find the settings to accomplish that.
