My theme is kallyas/AUTOTRADER I’m facing some difficulties in translating to RTL . I involved even WPML support to help in translating to Arabic but seems something wrong with the theme or it is not straightforward process for translating to RTL. Any tutorial video, or link that can help on translating to RTL would be much appreciated please.

It is not my problem, it is a problem of the theme, on the desktop it works on mobile devices, when you select a custom height of 100vh, on mobile devices it generates a small displacement, it does not remain fixed, if you know why it is, great, if you do not you know bad luck for me. Installing 2 different demos can cause problems since content will be mixed.
What you can do is install a demo on your live website and one or more demos on a localhost or staging enviroment.
Using the page builder import/export tool, you can move sections or entire pages from one domain to another easily.

Hi, I purchased a website that uses your theme and I’m currently running the most updated version. My header navigation looks perfect in Chrome however when using Internet Explorer the Navigation is not centred correctly.

I added that to the custom css and it stuffed up on chrome and microsoft edge, Internet explorer was fixed on the navigation but the Header Logo moved to the left haha, strange!

I am looking for support for this item for one of my clients so the purchase isn’t in my account.
After every order (PayPal only) we get an error message saying “Sorry your session has expired”. But the order goes through, I cannot get it to a thank you page at all. We’re running the latest version – 4.17.4

after update of the theme, I cannot see product thumbnails in my store. I had to revert to the old version of the theme for now. Please help. How do I display product thumbnails in the store page??

When I login through envato and then click on support tickets, it takes me back to the login screen. I can’t get beyond that. I tried logging in through various browsers and the same thing happens. Can I please get support a different way?
