Try to deactivate all plugins except of Jupiter X Core, Raven and Elementor, then try to install a template again. If the issue still persists, please create a ticket and provide WP Dashboard, FTP credentials for investigation. Thank you.

Hello guys ! I have a problem with Woocommerce products on my Jupiter theme. They disappeared on the website but are online on the BO… With the old versio 4 or 5 it was working but now with the new update it doesn’t work anymore… Can you send me the 4 and 5 Jupiter version please ?

Hi team! I’ve purchased this license back in 2016 and now want to use it on a staging environment for the same website, whilst I work on a revamp of the site that will replace the old one. It won’t let me activate the license key on staging, as it’s already in use on the live website. What can I do, please? Many thanks, Daphne

You can revoke API key and register the theme on a staging site generating a new key: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/revoking-api-key/

When the staging site is ready, you can revoke the key again and register the theme on the live site.

Hello. 2 Questions: First question: If i want to edit the “Single Products Template” at Jet Woo Templates with Elementor, i dont see any changes. What do i wrong?

Second question: Sometimes when the page loads, the page looks broken. Ajax problem? CSS? What can i do? I dont have any cache plugin or something like this activated.

Hi, When using the Form widget in the Elementor Page Builder to integrate Mailchimp, I have the following problem when editing the form widget:

After setting Mailchimp as ’’action’’, I can see the mailchimp settings. Here I see that mailchimp works with the API because the audience and group is shown. The issue is in Field Mapping. When I click Field Mapping, I see two dropdowns for each item: ‘Mailchimp Field’ and ’’Form Field’’. Mailchimp field shows the fields as defined on the mailchimp website. That’s good. The ‘Form Field’ dropdown only shows ’- none -’.

Whenever I try to test the functionality of the form on the website, I get the message ‘MailChimp Email Field ID is missing.’. What should I do?

Everything is not CUSTOMIZABLE. ... OK .. I just submitted another ticket because your people only responded one one of my problems. The new ticket is: #98174 ... My client does not like either of the 3 default Single Blog templates. I customized #3474, but it will not show up. The videos you have and other instructions do not address the fact that you can’t get choose any of the others and get them to work. Do we have to buy Elementor Pro to customized and get the other choices to work, i.e #3474? All of the Single Post templates in their Library say PRO at the top. Can’t we design our own and it to work .. or modify the 3474 and get that to show up?

I am spending hours trying to look for instructions or videos. The “JET” new features are even more confusing. I am lost on this thing. And all I need is a very simple “single Post Page” with no meta! We are just posting articles. This should not be brain surgery, but it is.

It took 4 days for your people to get back to me on the last ticket and that only happened after I posted here in the comments. When I did hear back they ignored the other problems I listed in the ticket and only replied with a “sorry you are stuck with only the Testimonials that Elementor provides – which isn’t as good as VC. I have been with you for years and years and have a ton of clients on the old Jupiter with VC .. which was wonderful.

Designing pages is OK, but you still do not have a temple with everything like you did on the VC. And everything is not that easy or customizable as you advertise.

Do we have to go PRO to create and have custom templates work with the Single Blog pages on – global?

You don’t have to use Elementor Pro as we added possibility to create Single and Archive post templates in Raven. When you create a template, you need set it in Jupiter X > Customizer > Blog > Blog Single. Your ticket will be checked soon and will be replied. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I’ve seen that there is a compatibility issue with elementor pro and jupiter x it was something to do with the template files but I can’t seem to resolve it. The issue I am having is that the customize page doesn’t load with it activated to every time i want to use i have to deactivate. Is there a simple solution that i’m missing?

Yes i set the header and footer with jupiterx > customize and had nothing set with elementor pro, I tried changing it to the other way around setting them with elementor and turning them off with jupiter and I had the same issue. My support has just run out! Do i need to purchase it again in order for you to take a look?

We’ve just purchased a WP Bakery license for a client’s site using your theme. The license is activated, however the plugin won’t update and results in the following error.

Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Do you know why this is happening?

We provide Artbees Modified version of WPBakery and it should be updated only with our updates when a new theme version is released. Bundled plugins can be updated via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. We were able to update the plugin. We noticed there are a number of theme updates that need to be done. The updates keep failing, saying “Update package not available.” Is this because of an outdated license or could something else be wrong?

Hi, I purchased this theme for my agency website last year… Today thought to install and its stuck. Every time I try to import demo templates, it gets stuck at “Install Required Plugnis” all plugins have been installed. This was unexpected. Can you just point me in right direction.
