The theme has become a nightmare after it’s update. All plugins when activated suc as the Rev Slider, Qode Music, WPBakery Visual Composer , etc dont work and bring up a message called “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” So fed up of this shldnt have updated the theme and now I have to renew support to get a problem solved, because the developer’s update has problems in it?

I managed to resolve this by increasing the PHP memory limit. However, since I completely removed wordpress and re installed everything, I get an error during registration that reads: Code is already registered for other domain.
Moreover, when I go to the support area on Qode, it says support has expired so I cant even submit a ticket.
How can you help me resolve this as something so important as “Deregistering” before removing wordpress isn’t mentioned on immediate sight

I reset my WordPress database as advised in order to import a different demo (organic market). However, now I’m getting the message “Code is already registered for other domain”. It only happens in the home page, the other page working good.

This is something that we will need to investigate, usually this does not happen, and it must be something on your end blocking WPbakery on your homepage.
So please check if you have any 3rd party plugins or some custom Js that might interfer with theme and try to deactivate them to check if possible some of them are in conflict with the theme. Do note that we can not guaranty compatibility with those plugins as they have not been tested,

Hello, I have a display bug that is annoying me ever since I’ve installed tbridge theme. Can’t find a solution in the forums, only requests. So here it is:
On a Category-Page with Masonry Style the auto-generated excerps are displaying the default Wordpress-default gallery shortcodes [gallery …. ]. I know I could get rid of that behaviour If I’d add a real excerpt on the post, but as I am having 600+ post on my page it would be a lot of work.
So.. how do I get rid of the gallery shortcode in the default excerpt on category pages? Best practice would be to add a function to my functions.php?!
