Why does the changelog link to “Jupiter X” when this is “Jupiter” – was looking at updating the theme my clients uses, they have a license for this, but it’s not called “Jupiter X”, just “Jupiter” and it’s V6.1.5.

The update won’t affect templates in Theme Builder. What customizations do you mean? Did you edit php files in the parent theme? If you edited only Customizer settings, they won’t be lost. You can update the theme via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Updates. I recommend you to create full site backup before starting update process, so you can restore if something goes wrong. Thank you.

Got only one unsolved reply .. It’s been 5 days since I have created a ticket and response is quite worst. Either solve it or let me know I can’t wait this longer I will move to another theme.

Do you want to change font size of some element? If so, you need edit an element in Elementor editor and find Typography settings in the Style tab of that element. If you mean something else, please clarify with more details what you want to achieve. Thank you.

I am getting the message “Please Note: Any customisation you have made to theme files will be lost.” In other words all my data and photos will be lost? Any font changes will be lost?
No, the message means: if you made any changes to the theme files in the parent theme (for example, in header.php or functions.php, etc.), the modifications will be lost as the theme files will be overridden.
Your pages, posts, images will be saved as they are stored in the database, and you can update the theme. Thank you.
