Hello—any idea why my icons are not showing for social media, or return to top? I only get a question mark.

I deactivated all plugins and it still did that. Also tried clearing out cache.

And everything is up to date.

When using Header Layout 6 (the one with a search bar and hamburger menu), is it possible to exchange the location of the search bar and hamburger menu (i.e. my client wants the search bar on the right, while the hamburger menu on the left)?

Apologies for the misunderstanding, but I have not started the project yet and have not installed & registered the theme yet, so that I could not create the support ticket. I just want to inform my client whether the location swap is possible or not.

I have 5 months of support remaining but I’m unable to submit a support ticket from themefusion site as it says support period has expired. How can I get this resolved?

I have done this, but the support page still shows support being expired. I have tried Chrome and Firefox.

To be clear it shows support is active on your site “Themeforest” but the author’s support page show support period has expired.

I have a pre-sale question: Can the regular license be installed in two different WordPress installations on the same domain?

I’ve two installations for the same website in two different languages. One on the root and other in a sub directory.

A single copy of Avada can be used only on a single WP installation. Further WP installations will need an additional licenses

I have a little problem with the portfolio items. In some categories some items dont show up. It looks like the last item of the category don’t show up. At one category I have 9 items and 8 showing up and another categorie I have 5 items and only 4 showing up. ??

There are issue with google page speed.. most of the render blocking is like this: media/max-shbp-18.min.css?ver=6.1.1 …media/max-sh-shbp.min.css?ver=6.1. …media/max-sh-shbp.min.css?ver=6.1.

How resolve this issue?

I need support right now!!!

The Fusion Builder had an update and now the plugin can’t install because this error, the whole site is gone. How can I Fix it real quick, the launch is right now!!!

“Fusion Builder installation failed. The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server. Please ask your hosting provider to check the permissions level or manually remove the plugin via FTP or WordPress before attempting to reinstall it.”

What should I do without removing all the fusion builder options I used???

Hello, I just updated to Avada 6.1.1, and it has broken my site—I believe it is Fusion Builder 2.1.1. The entire site goes to error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” As soon as I remove Fusion Builder via FTP, site comes back up.

I can suggest re-installing the plugin via FTP (you can backup the site first and then add a new copy of the plugin after deleting the current plugin).
