Hi Team,
I need proper documentation of theme setup as i didnt get it in the theme zip .
its super important for me to get it right now. can you help me ASAP ?
Hi siddharthjsheth! When you buy a theme, ThemeForest doesn’t send you the theme at your email, you just need to download from your account and it’s the “installabe file”. When you have the zip you just need to follow these simple steps: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214000625
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
i have created ticket. you can respond to that .
Sure, Support Team replies questions in order received but they are pretty fast.

Hi vlad_p5! You can create a custom 404 page with the Content Block method, please create a Content Block and assign to Theme Options > 404 > Content > Content Block.
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Trying to register new version of Uncode, copy and pasting Envato code and it loads and then never updates to Registered.
Hi Quiggz! Please test another browser or incognito mode, otherwise verify the problem is not ones of the listed here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004287985
Uncode v223, specifically Core Plugin v220 breaks post build queries for Products when specifying Taxonomies, returns Nothing found. Downgraded to Core plugin v210 and works again (running WP v5.2.4).
Hi PlanZbyZola! Unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the problem, with a Posts module, Query on Taxonomies (example “Black”) and everything is fine: https://undsgn.d.pr/mW7wos
Can you please give us more info to understand the scenario?
What version of wordpress are you using in the example?
It’s visible in the first second of the video: WordPress 5.3.
The problem turned out to be caused if the products “Catalog visibility” is set to “Shop Only”, when changed to “Shop and Search Results” the build query functions for products of the designated taxonomy. This wasn’t the case in Uncode v2.1.0.
When using the Posts module with Query to Products the WooCommerce settings are not influential, anyway, if you think this is a bug please explain all the steps to replicate the scenario and the issue. Thank you!
ps: tried to replicate but probably we are in different scenarios.
Hello, I made a new WP site with nothing in it and have the same results. WP v532,Woo v381, Uncode v226, Uncode Core v224. If a simple products Catalog Visibility is set to Shop Only and I have a page using a build query in the posts module for products of the relevant Taxonomies, the page says “Nothing Found.” If I switch the products Catalog Visibility to Shop and Search Results, then the build query is successful and the product displays correctly.
$terms_to_exclude = ( 'yes' === get_option( 'woocommerce_hide_out_of_stock_items' ) ) ? array( 'exclude-from-catalog', 'exclude-from-search', 'outofstock' ) : array( 'exclude-from-catalog', 'exclude-from-search' );to:
$terms_to_exclude = ( 'yes' === get_option( 'woocommerce_hide_out_of_stock_items' ) ) ? array( 'outofstock' ) : array();
got it thanks
Hi PlanZbyZola and thank you for the confirmation!
ps: if you are interested to test this before the public release please drop us a message from our profile page https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn
Yep that fixed it, thx
I mean if you want to test before other the final implementation since this will not the final fix…
All good.
Ok!
My website also lost half of it’s images. I see that a lot of people are dealing with the same issue. Please advise.
Hi Samazonsmith! If you updated to WordPress 5.3 please update to the last version of Uncode.
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
How do you update if it’s not showing in Wordpress as an option to update? I don’t want to pay for support when I don’t need it. I just want to this issue resolved.
The option appears when the theme is properly registered. Please find here all the info you need: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205
PS: However if you ask for support it would be better to do it with an account that bought the theme.
touch scroll laptop windows 10 doesnt work when scrolling on slides scroll
Hi rvalenta! Can you please share your website URL to check, otherwise please verify if you have the same in our demo too.
Hi! I have installed and built my site a year ago. Since a couple of days back all big images are suddenly blurry, without me changing any setting whatsoever. Been reading some of your AI-images FAQ, but no help. Did you make some “update” that caused this??? I been looking for a way to make the site display the hi-res images (like before), but no luck. Please help.
Hi klasman99! Probably your installation automatically updated to the last WordPress and you need to update also Uncode to the last version. Anyway, without a check to your site it’s not possible to understand what is the issue, at least please share your website URL so we can check!
Otherwise, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
My site had also lost the images on it, and so I managed to successfully update the theme (and also Wordpress to 5.3) and now the images are viewing on the site live. Unfortunately within my ‘portfolio’ pages I cannot add images (on a new portfolio page, or see that box on old portfolio pages) or entries into the custom fields section which used to be at the bottom of the new gallery page.
I am on Uncode 2.2.3
I have deleted that old Envato plugin and I think that fixed it, for anyone else having this problem. Also updated all of my plugins.
Hello collyboy!
I’m not sure to have understood, sorry: does everything work fine now? In this case maybe a plugin generated kind of Javascript error preventing some feature in the backend from working properly.
Let me know please, best
Yes, everything is working fine now. Thanks.
Thank you too for confirming.
Best!
This appears to be a global issue with the theme’s incompatibility with wp update 5.3, the image source is not being generated with the elements, but they still show in the media library and work when placed in manually via text box. I have lost my weekend now because of this blunder – i have ver 1.6.4 and the Envato toolkit says there are no updates available – conveniently my support has run out. And you would like to “support privately” this is a major consuner issue and i would hope that you would provide support here publicly to show that your customers important – and recommendations of theme purchase for future is nurtured. So please, will you help us??
Hello,
what version of Uncode are you running? Envato Toolkit is deprecated now: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000704085-Envato-Toolkit-Plugin-deprecated- Please, read here more info about how to update safely https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update
If the problem persists, however, let me remind you that further support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hello. A lot of my photos disappeared on my site. What do I do to get them to reappear? Thanks!
Hello,
I can only guess you have updated WordPress to version 5.3 and you haven’t updated Uncode to version 2.2.3 that provides compatibility with some new functions of Wordpress. So I recommend to update Uncode as well https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update
If the problem persists, let me remind you that further support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
I am using your theme and the “Portfolio Carousel” layout and I am seeing on Mobile (iPhone) browser when I scroll the content there is an ugly jump and the image resizes when the mobile browser window expands. This is default behavior on iOS as user scrolls the search bar and navigation bar of Safari disappear but it looks like as this happens the page jumps and image resizes.
You can see this problem on your demo page too: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-carousel/
Thanks
Hello and thank you for the heads-up.
Actually it happens on Safari because when it scrolls the toolbar slides down and the window size changes. Meanwhile I could suggest this snippet, until we fix the issue in the next update:
@media (max-width: 569px) {
[data-vp-height="100"] .owl-item .t-inside {
height: 100vh !important
}
}Let me know and please allow me to remind you that if you need further support it is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hi, Video Backgrounds not working on mobile, when it is used to work fine a few days ago. I opened a ticket and ask for help and someone close the ticket with NO results. He even didn’t answer me after I reply and provide my website information, the answer I got I could have find it on documentation, But that would not resolve my issue. when I explain that “It worked great and something happened…” He close my ticket and marked it SOLVED!
I need help to fix it.
Is that an issue with the theme updates? nothing changed on the setting.
Thank you, Hana
Hi hanidesign! I see that last 3 interactions with the ticket are from you, so I can exclude that Ivo closed the ticket, note that you too can close it by responding… Anyway, I alert him to reopen the ticket and back to you asap!
Hello! I want to change my own font from the computer to the theme but I get an error: @ font-face declaration doesn’t follow the fontspring bulletproof syntax. please help me

Hey there. Max vars was increased to 3000 as requested, however the theme warning message is still showing that it’s only set to 1000 even after several refreshes. Thanks.
Hello!
Sorry for the issue, we should take a look into that if possible. For instance, you could have extra limitations or security settings on your server (like suhosin.post.max_vars) that override PHP.ini settings.
Just open a ticket so we can check your installation privately: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us

Hi, we’ve also had this problem as per the user below, the patch fixed the problem on most pages…but the home page is completely messed up when using a browser on a desktop. It shows the message: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function uncode_privacy_check_needed()
We have restored the previous helpers.php file to at least restore the size of the website for now.
_
Additionally, we cannot get the Uncode theme to update. I have tried to verify the theme using the Envato Purchase code, but the site is currently on Uncode 1.7.6.1, so it uses the legacy API tokens and this doesn’t work anymore according to Envato themselves.
If I try to update via FTP it breaks the website in multiple places…functions.php in the child theme and other places in the parent theme.
Can someone take a look at this? We have verified other themes without any issues!
Many thanks David
Hello,
if you run an old version of Uncode, you can’t use the patch, since it is released for Uncode 2.2.2, and it isn’t compatible with other versions.
If you run a child theme, you have to check that the changes you made in your child theme are compatible with the updates included in Uncode: if you call functions no more available in Uncode, for instance, you will find some issues. I can only recommend to check the differences between the file in your child theme and the original ones and check what has changed.
Anyway let me kindly remind you that if you need support for this kind of things it is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! Thank you! https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hi,
So what are you saying; that we pay you for a theme, WordPress releases an update, which in turn causes the theme to break…and now we have to pay you again for the support to fix it? As we have no way of updating it in the normal way, as paid for in the first instance?
That doesn’t seem fair to the customer.
David
No, I haven’t said that, sorry: the update is completely free, lifetime, but if you need further support for extra customizations you made to the child theme, we can’t provide support here unfortunately. I hope this time is clearer and sorry for the confusion
You’re free to update Uncode by following the instructions available here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update
Let me know, best
Ok, but that update option is not showing there though, which is why this site is still on Uncode 1.7.6.1….hence why this isn’t making much sense? It just says ‘Themes up to date’
We haven’t edited the Child theme for this, just used it to edit Theme Settings, as is standard practice right? Besides, when I switch it now from Uncode Child Theme to Uncode there’s no difference front end.
We just want to get this updated to the latest Uncode version, register our Purchase of it, get auto updates and get this patch to fix the logo/image issue…but I can’t see any way of doing that!
Hello again.
I can’t know, from here, the reason why you don’t see the update unfortunately, however in the article I provided above it is also explained how to update via FTP, so that could be a solution
About standard practices: you can edit a theme with a child theme, sure, but after each update you have to make sure your changes are compatible with the update itself, otherwise you can’t update neither the theme nor Wordpress… nor the plugins. We do the same with our WooCommerce customizations: after each WooCommerce update we check that the customizations we made in Uncode are compatible with the new update of WooCommerce, since they could have changed some functions. The working of a child theme is the same.
Ok great, thanks. So if we switch it to the Uncode Parent Theme, update that, the auto updates will continue over time after the theme purchase is verified right?
Hello
You don’t need to switch to the parent theme. Child theme inherits the functions it needs to be updated. And yes, once you register your purchase code, you’ll be notified when a new update is available and you’ll be able to update. But, once again, only if your child theme is well developed and it doesn’t block the behaviours of the parent one.
We haven’t made any changes to functions.php or anything like that for the Child theme. We have only edited Uncode theme settings. So therefore we should just use the parent theme right?
I switched to Parent theme, updated to the new Uncode and successfully verified the theme purchase. The site looks normal now, so theoretically we don’t need to use the Child theme right? I can just leave it set to the Parent theme.
Yes, for sure, if your child theme didn’t contain any customization you can definitely use parent theme. Glad to read that everything works fine now.
Thanks for this.
Although, does the verification cause an issue for migration? Our other themes haven’t, but the Uncode site is causing a 504 gateway error after migration.
I’ve tried Exporting the site both with and without the Purchase Code entered but the homepage of the website can’t be accessed. It just causes a 504 error, while all other pages are accessible. The backend works and it is only Uncode plugins that cause the problem when they are activated.
Please let me know, we just want to get this site transferred over asap.
David
Hi david_h__! No the Registration doesn’t cause an issue like this. Unfortunately, we don’t have other users reporting the same and I don’t have previous test cases, the 504 is not an error of the theme. The only reference I have about 504 was a user that got this error with Google Fonts. “The 504 Gateway Timeout error is an HTTP status code that means that one server did not receive a timely response from another server that it was accessing while attempting to load the web page or fill another request by the browser.”. What method you used to migrate the site? Did you activate the debug mode?
Yeah it’s a strange one. I’ve narrowed it right down to the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder plugin, when that’s activated is when the 504 error on the homepage occurs. Which I guess makes sense with what you’re saying as it’s coming from an external source/server possibly?
Is there a built in debugger? I tried the wp-config file method using: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true )
This just takes the 504 error away and shows a totally white screen! :s
It’s not what I’m saying, the one above it’s the official Google definition of 504 error. Did you try to change for a while on the homepage to verify the problem is not some element in the actual homepage?
So yeah you’re right it was an element from the homepage. I methodically went through and rebuilt the page block for block, turns out it was the Author Profile avatar element…as it was set to use the Gravatar profile image of the page author. I suppose the external source was Gravatar itself on this occasion?
I switched this to just be a custom image to replicate Gravatar, so I don’t think the end users will notice for now! But any idea why that would be happening? Seems pretty odd. I’ve gone ahead and completed the migration via DNS as normal which went through as expected this time.
Hi david_h__ and thank you for the confirmation! No sorry, I really don’t have idea without a complete debug, it’s the first time we have this report, maybe you can find some info on Google? https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ACYBGNTNnZcBTuCbY_jd6qkA0QrrdnWH7A%3A1574320675181&ei=IzrWXfHbCoa0gQa_5ovYBA&q=gravatar+problem+after+migration&oq=gravatar+problem+after+migration&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i71l4.0.0..7258...0.2..0.0.0.......0......gws-wiz.y58s8aK8Rmw&ved=0ahUKEwix-ezE4frlAhUGWsAKHT_zAksQ4dUDCAs&uact=5
Yeah no worries, very odd situation though! Tried many clean migrations and the same thing always happened.
I’ve just adivsed the end user not to use Gravatar now so should be fine.
Thanks again.
Hi david_h__ and thank you for the confirmation!
Please help me hello my pictures are no longer displayed. how to do.
Hi brousse! Did you update to the last Uncode 2.2.3 if you updated to WordPress 5.3? Please install the update or apply the quick patch here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214092169

Hello leoro123,
very strange issue, nobody else reported it so far. Please, if possibile, put this PHP code in the file functions.php of your child theme:
add_action( 'init', 'uncode_support_add_tinymce_shortcut_plugin', 1000 );
function uncode_support_add_tinymce_shortcut_plugin(){
remove_filter( 'mce_external_plugins', 'uncode_add_tinymce_shortcut_plugin' );
}
and contact our help center https://support.undsgn.com/hc (ask to be escalated to a developer) so we can better check, since we are not able to replicate your problem, even if we guess it is related to the function suggested here above.
Let me know, best
Will open a ticket, thanks!
Thank you too!

Does anyone know how to style the Accordions? If this is tied to link styling, is there a way to style it independently?
Hello m-nno!
What do you need to style? Colors, fonts etc. are linked to other elements of the theme of course, so maybe you need to write your own CSS code into “Uncode -> Theme Options -> CSS & JS”. If you need support in doing this, let me remind you our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution privately! We are running Version 1.3.3. After WP 5.3. images src is unknown. We tried the patch but then the whole website is offline(grey color). Do you have a fix for this?
