Love this theme. Using it for years now, and i’m excited that the new update is making elementor available for editing. I have one question tho. I Want to import the bridge224 demo. This one is not build with elementor I guess. But is it possible to edit this demo with elementor?

I can see that you are using an outdated version of our theme, so I would recommend you to update the theme by following the procedure from our article here
As well as I can suggest you to turn any off the 3rd party plugins that you are using as they may interfere with the theme. Do note that we have not tested those plugins for compatibility and cannot guaranty it will not have an impact in theme performance.

I saw that from today Bridge also supports ELEMENTOR, does this mean that the old themes use WPBakery and the new Themes instead use ELEMENTOR? Or is it possible to choose from the beginning which Page Creator to use, and therefore to be able to refine both Elementor or WPBakery for all the over 400 themes?

I bought this theme a few years back. Just had to make a comment that the way this theme handles responsiveness is the worst i have seen. It is almost impossbile to make full screen sections look good on different devices. Absolutely substandard coding. It takes forever to get my full section background to look right on mobile, tablet, etc.. And support for this theme is terrible. Always the customers fault. I’m sure Envato will delete this comment, but its time someone speaks up.

You are not looking in the right place. I have at least 3 DOZEN support request and i’ve bought 3 support licenses and very few solutions. Waste of money. Typically no solution, just “we will consider this in the future”, or bascically we are out of luck thats just the way it is. So recheck your ticket sytstem.
