Hello, I am suspecting there is a bug with WP Bakery’s front-end editor. The page never loads and all that is rendered is a greyed out page with a cross-origin JS error (Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin “https://www.ozolle.com” from accessing a cross-origin frame. at Object.vc.build (https://www.ozolle.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/js/dist/frontend-editor.min.js?ver=6.0.5:10:288611) at https://www.ozolle.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/js/dist/frontend-editor.min.js?ver=6.0.5:10:289054). I have disabled all the plugins but still no luck. Theme is used with Woo-Commerce. Thank you
Issue has now been resolved, thanks. The cause was an SSL X-Frame Header setting in the apache server. Had to modify /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ssl-params.conf to resolve the issue as it had nothing to do with Porto Theme nor WP Bakery. All looks well and good. Thank you

I have just tested your site and our Demo site on latest Chrome and Firefox browsers and do not finds the issue, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else please see the beow given screenshots.

In the screenshot you can’t see the mouse, but it’s there, over the bag/cart icon. I cant even click it to go to cart page.
Please tell me what file has the onmouseover event to modify and test with another code. For now is impossible. The image is from https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop11/my-account/ (your website)
This means the theme doesn’t work in every build of firefox

As it is showing in my providing screenshot it is wokring perfectly fine at my end on my test site, it means there is no issue in the Theme.
The issue is only at your end and I am sure it is just the cache issue nothing else, Please deactivate all of your site third party plugins and check back again after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue any more and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, OR try to test the site on any other PC with a fresh new browser.
Otherwise, please remain your site all the third party plugins deactivated and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so our experts will check it for you.
I cleaned everything, I event reinstalled firefox (64 bits) without components and problem remained, so there are posibilities about other people have the same error as well. you won’t be able to do anything in QA if you don’t reproduce this error. That’s why I’m asking you for the file path to change js event to show the box on every browser without exceptions. It’s not normal that I have to clear my cache to show up a DIV. This have to work without any kind of problems (no depending of cache, browser, version,OS, etc). So could you please give me the file path to do my own test? Thank you so much!

It’s not a problem from my website, It happen in your demo website too!! If you want, test with your demo: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop4/ It’s not a problem due others plugins. If I have the same problem visiting your demos, it’s obviously that it’s a problem with code. It has to work on every device, OS, browser, etc.

Could you please tell me where can I find the file to edit please? It is a issue though you can see it. I use Salient theme, Woodmart, Curly, Divi and others and I have no problems with them. In porto I can display dropdown from lang switcher, but no from cart icon, so please give me the file path. I hope your support doesn’t keep denying it, so please please please give me file path.
