Please edit your Home Page and scroll below you will find view options and under view options you will find “Banner Type” set as “Banner Block” and also the block slug name just under it as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IKIBqvP.png

It means the particular section is coming from blocks, so you have to go to blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything in it as per your requirements: https://pasteboard.co/IKICn3H.png

I am having an issue where i can not access blocks/components when building a page in the WPBakery Frontend editor.

It happens when I make a Row + Column and then add the Porto Ultimate Content Box. The “edit options” for the Row and Column overlay the settings options for the Porto Ultimate Content Box so i can no longer edit that part of the page.

here is a screenshot showing my issue:

You can very faintly see the settings bar for the Porto Ultimate Content Box sitting behind the settings bars for Row and Column.

What is going on here and why is this happening? I cant edit anything because everything is inside of Rows and Columns. Everything all over my site is layered blocks/elements and everytime, the top elements settings bar is hidden behind the Row and Column settings bar and once i place an element, i can never edit it again because the bar to click to edit it, is always hidden.

Please help as this is a major issue and i cant build my site because of this issue.

First of all, this is not the Theme issue but the WP Bakery frontend editor issue, and thanks for letting me know, I an forwerding this to the development department for officially testing and notifying it to WP Bakery support.

For now, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure it will solve your issue.

In the options, I chose by the part “Product Layout”, the presentation “On Image with Overlay 1”. I would like the products to keep the natural color. 1 / On the flyover of products, how can I change the gray background of the overlay by a transparent background? 2 / Idem for categories, how to remove the gray layer? Ex: https://bijouxpavone.fr/bijoux And just have a slight movement of the product (zoom in / out for example).

Yes, That is because of the latest Theme update with the only couple of Demo’s, I already notified this to the development department for testing it in deep and again fix it with the future upcoming updates of the Theme.

Please see the given screenshot, This is clearly showing in the below-given screenshot that the Speed of the site is slow because of the Images has not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well: https://pasteboard.co/IKBWe0M.png

Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Basically the Speed of the site is something which can be achieved using Customization, So I only able to suggest you the tested solution, Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

I havn’t changed anything on our website but for some reason something changed. Product pages description and tab are not seperate. They are all on the same page and tabs don’t work. It was working but now isn’t. In options it all looks correct. any idea what I could check?

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update the Theme and Plugins, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if still the issue will be there then remain your site all the third party plugin deactivated and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 27/07/2019. As, I told you, Now these are coming from Plugins, you have to turn it OFF from plugins on your site if they have to option or you have to Customize those for completly removing it, This is now not the Theme issue, This requires Customization.

ok thanks… however is a bit the strange because loaded from gstatic google the fonts that porto used… http://prntscr.com/qa7p6s i not used for example oswald or playfair display fonts before i installed PORTO so i think are not charged in plugins (before porto installation) i think these fonts it used by the porto options only SO is there a way to know WHO load these fonts….???? so will be sure if PORTO or other plugins ? in WEB console can you test if ISSUE of PORTO that not load fonts from my server or LOADED by other plugins ?
