Hi Your theme looks great and I’m looking to use it for a client. It will involve building the site on one domain (a live test site) then once this is approved by the customer, move it to their domain. I’ve seen a couple of comments where this seems to have been an issue due to site being registered on a domain and then moved. Could you confirm that this is not a problem and easy to do before I purchase the theme for the client. Many Thanks

Hello, while changing a color of an element in the theme options panel suddenly ALL setting are resetted it seems and all custom colors and some formats are gone (after hitting the “save settings” button! Is there any chance to only load the styling settings of one of the theme example pages into the muffin settings? Is there any chance to get the settings back? Any idea on why this has happened? my browser downloaded an options php file which said : “Service Unavailable 503 The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.” The client´s side is life and now all links are blue and the site looks very bad. This is not good! Thankful for a quick help or hint on how to quickly solve this.

How do I get the purchased theme activated on a new url?

This doesn’t make any sense. I want to use the theme on another site, but that’s not possible because I get the message that the theme is already installed. But that’s not true. I have deactivated the theme. WP installation has been removed and the url no longer exists.

It’s ridiculous that I only get an answer to this question if I renew my support and have to pay a fee for it.

Hello, I purchased this theme a while back. I was going to use it on a certain website and the project fell through at the time, never ended up building out the site and I no longer own that domain. I was wondering if you could reset my purchase code so that I may register the theme on a different domain. You can look at the previously registered domain and verify that no site exists with this theme

Hello, the theme is awesome, very flexible and easy to build with it. However I have one question: is it possible to have agraphic/icon in the “Action Button” which is displayed next to the nav? I would like to have a “phone”-icon there and when clicked it should dial the number (on mobile). I cannot find a way to insert code or any graphic into/as action button.

Any other suggestions for an on-board solution on how to integrate a icon/button into the nav area?

I have a problem displaying portfolio items.

In a page i added with muffin builder a portfolio item. In settings I add pagination.

Page is displaying fine the first page with the portfolio items. But when i try to navigate to the second page it display the 404 page…

The url is ${domain}/mypage/page/2

I disabled avery extra plugin im using. I installed a fresh copy of the theme but still nothing.

I dont want to use the portfolio template becouse i want to display specific category.

Hi, I have a weird bug where if: The page is already scrolled down, and you hit refresh, then scroll up to the top… the header is pushed down, like there is a gap above it. If you hit refresh again, the gap disappears. It is happening with the transparent header selected. Please help! Great theme.
