What I do notice once checking your website is that your Select Core update is outdated. You have updated the theme but forgot to update the theme’s plugin. The latest version of Select Core is 1.1 and you are using 1.04 version. So please updated the plugins of your theme as well according to our article here. On the other hand, I cannot see any console log errors on your end that would indicate an issue in performance.

Anyway It is possible that you encounter technical difficulties and you can read more about it here

As well as it might also have something to do with some 3rd party plugin conflict with our AJAX page transitions.

Page transitions create nice effects when navigating through the website. When transitions are turned on, header and footer are not reloaded, only content get reloaded. This can cause issues mostly with some plugins because they demand their scripts to be loaded in header or footer and they are not. If you happen to experience this later on while you are developing your site, note that the first thing to do is to turn off page transitions.

In this case, turn off Loading animation and Page transitions in: 1. Select Options > General

Once I check your website we can see that you are using version 4.4 and the latest version of our Stockholm theme is 5.1.8, and Select Core version is 1.1

So please update your theme and its plugins to the latest versions and then check if you still encounter issues, as this is something we can not replicate on your end, and for sure you are using an outdated version of the theme and its plugins.

Yes, that is why we sent a screenshot indicating that you should, once you are at Appearance > Menus, navigate to Screen Options and add Link Target in the Advanced Menu Properties.

Please refer to the screenshot to see, once this is checked the link target will appear in your menu items.

Please note that we haven’t tested our theme with this plugin so we can’t guarantee everything will work as expected, as the plugin does not come included within the theme it will for sure not have the theme’s styles but you can for sure customize them probably through the plugin’s settings or with some custom CSS to suit your needs if wanted.

I can see that you are using a Portfolio template and added your content with WPBakery if I am correct. You should know that using a portfolio template you only need to fill in all the information within the Portfolio single settings https://www.screencast.com/t/GSHhofhwUCD and images and it will have a certain layout.

In Select Options > Portfolio you have the ability to choose which layout will be applied as well as you can choose a custom Portfolio layout and then you can use WPbakery to create your own layout if you wish so. Hello! Thanks for the reply. I am indeed using Custom Portfolios since the site’s creation. I am using Custom Full witdh portfolio template for all my portfolios. On Select options I have selected as default the same > Custom Full witdh portfolio template. This was working fine before. It got corrupted with an update. Please help!

There is no option within theme options, unfortunately. But you may use youtube/Vimeo or self-hosted video which will work perfectly fine. However possible this may be achieved with some 3rd party plugin, but you should know that we can not guaranty compatibility with our theme as it has not been tested.
