Please navigate to Qode Slider -> Slides, and for the slide where you want video background set “Slide Background Type” option to Video https://www.screencast.com/t/m9UYDAckaXTI. In “Qode Slide Video” options below, add link of the video you want to use as background, and upload Video Preview Image which will be visible until video is loaded. Also, this image will be shown on touch devices since not all mobile devices can playback HTML5 video properly, and in order to make the slider appear uniformly across all mobile devices, video playback is disabled in the JavaScript.

If you still want to use Youtube video you could consider using different type of slider such as Revolution Slider, which comes bundled with Bridge.

Why is the bridge theme license for just one domain?

So i am using bridge theme on another website but i would like to use the theme on on a new domain. Does this mean that i have to purchase a new license? Or if i deregister the theme on my website wil i lose everything?

Hello, I have a question. How can i change the colors of the numbers in the Qode layout 1 widget. In your blog demo 92. The numbers 1,2,3,4 and 5 are purple. I didnt find any place where i could change the color

You can try to add this code to Qode Options > General > Custom Css
.qode-show-numbers .qode-layout1-item:after {
color: #ea94b0;
}
Which will change the color of the numbers, off course you can change the color value to suit your needs.

Hi, i cant install the demo. There is no Quode import option. If i go to Bridge dashboard and then click Import and then choose the demo i wish to import. It asks me to “Register your theme” I inserted the purchase number and email, but it still dose not work. How to fix this.

There is no import folders in the latest bridge theme package xml export > revslider. Has the method for importing revolution slider changed?

Hello, I’m currently using Bridge theme, demo Split Screen portfolio, and I have been trying to find out an option in Elementor for changing the background image on the page. I can change small pictures on the middle of the page but not one on the back. Can you please explain me how I can do that. Thank you

Once you navigate to that page and select the element you would like to edit, for example Left Sliding Items, then you will get several option for all the left sliding items. Once you select one of them you will be able to choose the background image for each sliding item as in the screenshot

If you use Qode Vertical Split Slider shortcode you will have that option available where you will be able to set the background image as it is shown here and select the image template which you can add in Templates as it is shown here.

Once we check your site we noticed first that you are using an outdated version of the theme. You are using 19.3 and the latest version out is 19.4 so please consider to update your theme according to our article here. However, I do not think this is the case on your side as we ca see that you are having a console log error coming from a 3rd party plugin and it is possible that it is causing the issue with your mobile menu. Once testing this on our side it works perfectly fine so I would kindly ask you to turn all your 3rd party plugins off to test if the issue is resolved.

The WooCommerce checkout placeholders won’t change, Woocommerce has said it is a theme conflict, can you tell me how to change the placeholder fields please as I urgently need to change this – my support has expired but this seems to be a fault at your end so asking how to fix

Our theme is fully translatable and you can translate the fields without any problem. Once we tried it it works as intended. So please read our article on how to translate the theme here. Do note that if you are translating the theme with Loco translate plugin please navigate to Loco Translate > Themes> Bridge and then search for the specific label you would like to change. https://www.screencast.com/t/8Y4hkKTCaAnother way is that you may find a file in our themes folder where you can change the placeholder names if you wish. It is located in: wp-content\themes\bridge\framework\modules\woocommerce\woocommerce-config.php

When I download all ’’files and documentation’’ for the Pet Shop (demo Bridge223) and search for the slider revolution there’s only a file bridge223-export.xml but no zip file. I can’t import the slider. Is this an error or do I something wrong?
