We have installed the theme only on one domain (earlier it was installed on a development server which was later removed and right now only 1 instance active). When I am trying to register the theme from Bridge Dashboard using purchase code & email I get an error message “Code is already registered for other domain”. How do we complete the registration process.

You can read more about it here, as per regular license you are opt to use one theme that you have purchased on one domain. Buenos días, Lo primero que debo hacer es darle las gracias por lo que parece un gran tema. Tan buen tema me parece que he comprado una licencia para crear una web. (Es el momento debo decir que soy principiante). La licencia la instalé en un dominio .es pero por consejos de profesores de wp cambié el dominio principal del hosting a un .com sin antes haber desactivado la licencia en el anterior dominio. Puestos en situación imagino que ya ven el problema que tengo: mi Code is already registered for other domain. Qué puedo hacer?

Hello. So frustrated with this theme and the plugins it comes with. I get it, Layer Slider is leaving the marketplace but WP Bakery is requiring me to activate my copy of the plugin externally in order to receive updates so even when I update your core plugin and then try to update WP Bakery (which clearly states is required) it just won’t do it. We need a workaround on this and you need to activate the licenses that come with this theme because we purchase themes based on functionality and props. What is the solution???

Do note that WPBakery does come bundled with the theme and therefor you do not need to activate the license for it as you will get the latest version of the plugins once you update the theme. You can read more about bundled plugins here.

Yes, you can do that, this is as if you would install your website on localhost and then simply migrate it on a live domain, by deregistrating and simply migrate the site to another domain.

For this, it will require you to add it in one of our themes files so please navigate to your themes folder and find the file in the path here: wp-content\plugins\bridge-core\modules\shortcodes\shortcode-elements\_social-icons\templates\social-icons.php
On line 74 you will find the link where you need to add rel=’nofollow’ as in the screenshot here.

How to reduce the loading of js and css?

Within our themes options in Qode Options > General you will find the settings where you can disable some JS scripts as you can see in our screenshot. If you refer to your site speed test and the loading of scripts you shoul know that All our files within our theme are minified which can not be changed and that is probably because of some third party plugin that you are using.

Once testing this on our end we did not encounter any difficulties finding the demo 256 in the import panel as you can see in this screenshot. So please note that you can find it by searching for demo 256 as well as you may find it under the tab Elementor as it is a demo that is built with Elementor plugin as you can see here

Just installed the theme after a long while, but i’d noticed that the qode options are not saving. The system says like “settings are saved” but when refreshing they are back on it’s original value as before.
I don’t think this is something “support” related, but an actual issue. Can you please let me know if there are any issues with this theme with the latest wordpress version?

This is not something that we can replicate on our end, and therefore I would kindly ask you to check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugins. As once we test this on our side all options set are being applied. You may read more about on how to update the theme and its plugins here. As it might be that you have updated the theme and missed to update Bridge Core plugin, so please double check that. Thanks for the reply! Just tried to submit a ticket but support has been ended years ago. And to be honest buying $40 for something that doesn’t work on a freshly new installed wordpress isn’t something in my opinion where support needs to be bought for. It should have been working instead . So is there another way in which i could contact you?
Steps i’ve taken: - installed wordpress 5.3.2 - installed your theme “bridge” (as per themeforest its v19.5?) - installed the child theme and activated that one

Do you support every demo with Elementor theme or few? Can I use custom header/footer that Elementor offers along with this theme?

As our theme has the possibility and an option to choose whether to have Elementor or WPBakery page builder plugin, with them comes also specific demo layouts that are only built with either one of the plugin that you choose. So specific demo are either built with Elementor or WPBakery. You can read more about our major update and the addition of Elementor plugin here. When it comes to the custom header/footer our theme uses the Elementor plugin which comes bundled within the theme and there you will not have the ability to edit the footer and header with Elementor as in the Pro version, but you have our themes options for this which you can find in Qode Options > Header like here.

As well as you can find in Appearance > Widgets widgets for both Header and Footer areas like here.

1) Can I use Elementor Pro custom header/footer and theme/layout will not break? 2) Are you guys adding more drag/drop Elementor components (custom) made? Just like you have done in WPBakery.

1. Elementor Pro does not come included with the theme, and you will have Elementor bundled within the theme. We do therefore recommend to use our options for Header and Footer within the theme as we have shown in our earlier reply above.
2. As for our shortcodes in the demos that are built with Elementor, you can access all of them that comes with the theme demo for sure as you can see here and for sure we will as well add new once. You can always check our change log to see what has been added in the latest theme update.

I try to import a demo in the admin area but the page Qode import shows a blank page and the debug message shows this: Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘bridge_qode_theme_import_display’ not found or invalid function name in wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 288

Once checking your site we can see your portfolio items without any issue, https://www.screencast.com/t/BAZEpSxsp We see that all your portfolio items are loading, so possible it is a cache issue. However it is possible that you encounter this because of some 3rd party plugins that you are using, so please try to deactivate them to test if they are causing some conflict. Another thing I can suggest, as I have tested your site on GTMetrix, I see that your images are not optimized and some of them are taking a lot of time to load. So my suggestion is to optimize your images with some tool like this one www.jpegmini.com/ and you will reduce the loading time.

Smush image optimize is a third party plugin which we have not tested with our theme and can therefor not guaranty compatibility with our theme. Also you should know that on our demo website we are having our portfolio images uploaded to have the same size so they will scale properly. You can as well try to Regenerate thumbnails with the same named plugin.
