This is because you have not properly Imported the Demo or it may be corrupted while Importing because of any reason, so you have to again Import the Demo and start from Scratch, First of all, please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/
then you have to make sure that you Installed the Theme and all the Plugins properly before Importing the Demo as showing in this video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/

Hello again. I have been trialing different plugin for my website and one allows the use of FontAwesome pics. However, when I try to use any of the FontAwesome pics all I see is an empty space. Within the plug-in settings, all I can see is empty boxes. I have reached out to YITH support and they told me that the FontAwesome settings should be built in to the theme or need to be hard coded.
I am curious to know if FontAwesome is broken within the site or the plugin. No where in the theme settings to I see any FontAwesome settings. I have only been able to find info within your change log stating that it has been updated to version 5.7 so I can assume that it is built in. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Porto WordPress is using 5.7 version of the FontAwesome and it is working fine without any third party plugin, and there is no setting in the Theme for FontAwsome as it is the built-in and default functionality, so please contact plugin Author for it.

It is become sticky in Shop Demo 15 because we have used the Pre-Built Header Type in the particular Demo and we have enabled it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Sticky Header: https://ibb.co/Jxs8hP0

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
Our Theme has no influence on Product OR Thumbnail Images of the Products, you have to change it from WooCommerce Setting.
